I've been sleeping for 3 hours a day because of my jobs for the past 6 weeks.

F27. I have four jobs - Casino, UberEats and Janitor and part-time VO and writer. It's just because rent is extremely expensive in Las Vegas. I'm very tired. I don't want to complain too much because I am very grateful for what I have in my life and I am very privileged. I would just like some advice. I have been having headaches, confusion and awful dark circles. Everyone makes the comment that I don't look well-rested but I'm okay with that because I'm making good money. How do I make the three hours of sleep I get feel more worthwhile? Thank you!

Is it actually dangerous to do this job late at night as a woman?

F27. As a child my mother taught me to be careful of men. But I have walked home late at night fine most nights. Yeah, I've had men SA and attempt to r@pe me before but I'm fine. I do this job a lot at night. Many times it is men who have harassed and touched me. But how dangerous is it really? As a white woman I am not as likely in danger as Women of Color who have to suffer misogyny and racism while I have white privilege and benefit from systemic racism and the patriarchy. I don't have any weapons nor pepper spray as I don't want to scare anyone who comes near me. Help? Thanks!

I have natural wavy(?) curly(?) hair and I need help.

F27. My sisters have straight hair while I was given wavy/curly(don't really know since I have never worn it natural) nasty asf ginger hair from my very Polish grandmother. As a kid my mom didn't know how to take care of that hair as she also had straight hair like my sisters so she would always brush it out HARD. I remember crying whenever she would brush my hair for school because she would put the brush at the top of my scalp and then RIP IT DOWN THE SIDES SO SHE WOULDN'T HAVE TO GO BACK TO THAT PART. So growing up into my teens and then my adulthood, I also grab a brush and rip the brush through my hair every morning. It's always frizzy and extremely damaged and dry but I grew up like that so I never really cared. My friend's mom made the comment recently saying my hair was too dry, damaged and frizzy and that I shouldn't be brushing through it. That hurt but she's right. I never really cared until she said that. I always have had damaged frizzy hair but that's only because I don't have straight hair and was never taught to style my hair because my dad would get pissed at us. I don't wear anything to sleep, (please don't suggest bonnets) and I rip a brush through my hair. I kind of want to learn. What should I do?
