It has me wondering...why do some of us love, some of the most vile villans? When we know realistically they'd never love us.

As this subreddit has already seen, Time Bandits has is obsession and hyperfixation. It’s been my long-time comfort film, and it's villain is my comfort character. I really want to share it with you lot.
It’s a true staple of ’80s cult classics. What I’d describe as a kind of beautifully strange fever dream. A dark fantasy sci-fi adventure blended with that dry/dark absurd British humor associated with Terry Gilliam(who directed it) and Michael Palin’s Monty Python style.
Honestly, it’s a little sad being a fandom of one, I’d really love to get more people into it and see it appreciated by others.
Even the original trailer itself included some humorous fourth-wall breaking, too.

SUMMARY:
Kevin, an imaginative boy(obsessed with history/myths) neglected by his appliance-obsessed parents. One night, a band of six dwarves crashes through his bedroom wardrobe. They have stolen a map( THE MAP OF THE UNIVERSE) from their employer, the Supreme Being (God), which charts all the time holes and weak spots in the fabric of the universe.
All part of their plan to be, International criminals and to get rich scheme. (Why not use time holes in the universe to rob history? ) However Evil Itself also want's The map, so he can remake the universe in his image. And is not long, till he catches wind of Kevin and his new friends.
I was wondering...
Would it be wrong of me to create an adult only version, inspired off of this group, of the same name?
Meaning I would use the same rules, too.

This film just makes me feel happy. When I'm feeling down, I turned it on. I love cuddling up in bed, watching it. ( Extra bonus point when it's raining and thunderstorming)
I try to watch It each and every night. ( I have it saved on my phone. So i'm never without it. ) When i'm even having these moments of depression or an autism breakdown, it calms me.
Evil himself is my comfort character. I'm just so always happy when I see his scenes come up.
I've tried to get my hands on all the merch.That was ever made for it , but it's so difficult. I've gone as far as creating my own personal merch.
