Bluelight and Sunscreen

Hi everyone, I just watched a YouTube video of a dermatologist mentioning that blue light from computer screens all day can damage the pigmentation on skin and accelerate aging and cause melasma. So I guess my question is, is sunscreen also beneficial to wear for those who work indoors but in front of a computer screen all day?

Women: Luteal vs Follicular Phase

I just find this kind of fascinating. My routine doesn’t change from day to day yet my stress levels do during my luteal phase. As soon as I get my period it’s like I immediately calm down haha.

Learning that before your period progesterone increases which also affects your stress levels and how much your body can handle stress. The body is such an interesting thing and it’s so cool to see my watch catch that shift!

First 3 photos are luteal phase, last 3 photos are follicular phase.

Where are we buying our aisle runners for church weddings? Are there stores that sell them? I’ve found some in Etsy but no way these things are almost $400 for a plain white aisle runner of 100 feet. It pains me to pay that much for something that will be stepped on for 5 minutes in total and then thrown away. Are there any stores in the city that sell them that might be less pricey?

Hi guys,

While this community has been the best thing ever in making me feel validated and less alone, I think I’m ready to leave you all behind. My psychiatrist agreed that I’m ready.

Now the only thing is that I’m on like a super low dose - 12.5mg. I’m really sensitive to medication so this was enough to get me going. I still get anxious and have anxious days but I’ve developed some coping skills and have become much more better at handling life’s curveballs compared to a year ago when I got on sertraline.

Anyway…I’m on the lowest dose and was wondering how did you taper off 12.5mg? I’m assuming I don’t just…stop. My psychiatrist mentioned starting to take it every other day and then the days where I don’t take it will begin to increase. But I’m wondering if I could cut up the 12.5 to 6.25 and then come off? I’d just like to avoid symptoms as much as possible because…well I’m sensitive to meds.

Also, for those on low doses like me, how did you feel after coming off it? I keep seeing people say they had to come back ON it but those people seem to be on higher doses so maybe that plays a role?
