2 weeks ago I had posted some progress photos and I had asked if anyone sees a difference in my body.
Most of you guys told me yall didn’t see a difference and that it’s only been a few weeks so of course there is no difference.
The photo on the left (grey lulu lemon briefs) is before starting with my trainer, the photo on the right (black speedo) is from this morning.
I’ve been with my trainer now for 26 days.
I ABSOLUTELY already see a difference.
My stomach is less bloated, my pectoral area is more defined, my back has also lost some of its fat.
Progress does and can be seen in as little as 30 days. 👏🏻

I’m curious to hear people’s opinions and experiences with creatine because I keep hearing completely different things.
I’m 34 years old and I started working with a trainer about a month ago. Right now I’m cutting because I have more body fat than I want and the current goal is to lean out first. In maybe 3–4 months, depending on progress, I’ll probably transition into a lean bulk.
Currently I only take creatine on the days I train with my trainer, which is usually about 3–4 days per week.

Some people say creatine should be taken every single day no matter what because it works through saturation.
Other people say you should cycle it because “your body gets used to it.”
I’ve also heard people say taking like 15g a day for 5 days makes you suddenly look way bigger from loading creatine.
Then I hear other people say creatine is mainly for bulking and there’s no point taking it while cutting.
So now I’m wondering what actually makes the most sense for someone in my situation.

Appreciate any advice.

So my trainer and I have been working together now for 3 weeks.

As a 34 year old my body is nowhere the place I want it to be however I am a work in progress.

I’m not sure if it matters or not but growing up I never was active at all so I’m growing fresh out the farm lmfao.

With that said, do you guys see a difference?

Personally I think I see a tad bit of a difference but I’ll let you guys answer. If you do can you please tell me what you think you see a difference in please.

Week 3 progression photos. I’m seeing a slight difference in my biceps, my back is definitely becoming for defined along with my calf’s. My trainer changed my diet this week, we cut out at least 500 cals and took out close to 150 grams of carbs. Fitness is a journey, getting in shape and learning your body is a journey.

Everyone starts at different times in life including myself.

I am 34 years old and finally starting to get into fitness. Sometimes I wish I started much earlier like as a teen but then I have to remind myself that my journey is my own.

I look nothing like where I want to but I’m progressing forward. Small results are results. I just have to keep at it and work harder.

Much love community.
