It's like me being clueless about future.
I don't have capacity to learn anything now.
And I don't want to get hurt too.
So I don't know.
I am not okay with how things are too. But no idea what to do.

Slept at around 7 PM. To sleep for a while. And woke up now at 4 AM. I didn't have dinner uhh.
(Don't know if this is relevant here but will see)
So, comment a number if you want to talk to a person. I will assign a person to you from among others. Might be random but just to see how this goes.
Hi 29F introvert from India.I want to make friends but don't know what to talk about. I don't think I have many hobbies.
Comment down your hobbies, social apps you use that you may be gatekeeping xD and Netflix movies you would recommend for others.
Or if we go by my style, let's see if you have any tiny business ideas which we can work out together by doing research and starting it if possible. PS: I am not comfortable talking to nsfw profiles. So don't message pls
(Don't know if this is okay for this sub)
For years I tried to think my way through emotions that wouldn't leave. Analysing, journaling, meditating — nothing fully worked.
Then I started asking my body direct questions instead of my mind. Not "why do I feel this" but specific structured questions that helped the body trace exactly where the feeling was coming from and what it needed.
What surprised me was how logical the body actually is — once you stop letting the overthinking mind run the show.
I developed this into a structured method and wrote it into a book. It includes:
How to trace a current emotion back to its root
How to dialogue with your body to understand what it's holding
How to give your body permission to release what got suppressed
Grounding techniques to stay stable throughout
I'm not asking for reviews. Just honest reactions. Looking for some 10 honest readers.
Did anything shift? What was unclear? What resonated?
If you've been carrying something you can't seem to let go of — DM me and I'll send the PDF free.
You can review chapter wise too if reading a book is too much.
Thank you

We often want good things for ourselves.
But we see ourselves adjust to things or end up in situations that don't match what we wanted, It's often due to what we think we deserve.
Ask yourself.
What do I want right now?
(Notice the answer)
What do I think I deserve?
(Notice the answer)
If you see a difference in both the answers, that shows hidden beliefs and emotional patterns which need to be addressed to bridge the gap.
I wrote this guide to help you process the emotions and beliefs and eventually leading to better clarity.
