I and 62 I will be 63 next month. My A1c score has come back twice pre-diabetic. I've lost 25 lb now in 3 months and I've noticed something here just over the past week or two that I was not expecting but is absolutely wonderful. I'm not having to get up three and four times to pee in the middle of the night. Matter of fact just recently like in the past week or so I'm not getting up at all I'm sleeping all night long I was just curious if anybody else has had this happen to them? It's wonderful I'm not complaining LOL!
