So me (25f) and my coworker (25m) are close friends and have been for the last three years. It’s only within the last few months that we started going out alone on “outings”, I’ll call it lol. Usually once a week or every other week we go out and do something together like the movies, fair, get some food, things like that. I developed feelings for him and am attracted to him now and I think it’s mutual. He checks on me at work and finds new stuff for us to do together without our other friends. He’ll also stare at me every chance he gets and gets shy when I catch him. Now my problem is that he’s never officially asked me out which makes me thinks he doesn’t like me like that, but more so just likes spending time with me. I would date him if he asked me, but I’m scared to ask him and get rejected or make things awkward at work. Do guys even like when girls shoot their shot??? Or what cues or info should I ask to see if he is interested in me like that?

TL; DR: I like my coworker/friend and wondering if I should shoot my shot as a girl ?

Hi all! I have a ton of debt I’m trying to pay off within two years and would like some advice on how I can increase my credit score while doing so (currently around 600).

I have $20,000 of personal loan debt and $9000 of credit card debt. My job pays me $4000/month and I make extra money doing side jobs, in which I put that money straight towards paying off my loans. I am now putting in around $2000/month towards my debt. I want to use some of my savings to put a lump sum towards the debt but I want to do it in a way that can increase my credit score. I have around $7000 of my savings that I’d like to put towards the debt. What’s the best way to go about this?
