If both parties were at fault in an accident (they both ran red lights), can one party sue the other?

Orlando, FL--- One car sped through a yellow, was in middle of intersection when light turned red. The other party also ran a red light (right before it turned green). Wondering if the party that was injured can sue the other party, despite the injured party being at fault too.

Are my assets liable (in case of a lawsuit) if my fiancé's son crashed her car (and was at fault) before we get married? California car, accident in Florida

My girlfriend lives in CA with me. She has a car registered in CA. She was in Florida visiting her kids. Her son drove her car and was at fault in an accident. The other party may sue. The car is in my girlfriend's name, so she is liable. We are getting married in one month, in California. Will MY assets be liable once we get married, even though the accident happened before we were married?

Is car sales realistically one of the only decent paying sales jobs for a middle aged guy with a salesy personality but no experience?

I have no work experience in the last 20+ years. I've relied on odd jobs, investments (got a little lucky with BTC), and poker to support myself. Poker has really dried up though, and my expenses shot up. I've walked up to dealerships in my jogging clothes and have gotten hired on the spot. Yeah, I know, they probably hire anyone, but I have moxie and I'm a total natural at sales. I'd MUCH rather have some inside role where I can work from home. The hours required at the car lot could be a problem. I'd rather be home by 6 or 7 for my kids. Anyway, I digress. Am I pretty much stuck with car sales given my empty resume? I can sell myself at a car lot, but I can't on Indeed for inside sales gigs.

i’m looking to rent a condo, townhouse, or house in the $5K/month range in the west SJ/Santa Clara atea. Does anyone know how much competition I’ll be facing from other prospective tenants? Anything I can do to standout? I have a good credit score, and history of paying all my bills on time, including rent for the past eight years. Never missed a payment. i’m living off assets though, so I cannot show proof of income.
