So what are we thinking?
Those of us still waiting on last year's orders...do you think I should cut my losses and file a claim with my bank? I'm owed about $400 in merchandise. I get that this is chump change to Peggy, but for some us that can literally make or break our month. I just want some communication from his team. If they had sent me an email saying "Sorry, these items won't get to you for two years" I'd have no issue and just wait patiently. But I haven't gotten a single email since I ordered the items, and every email I try to write to is unresponsive.
