DDP rates seem to alternate between parcels with same type of content.

Curious if anyone can help me understand how they calculate DDP rates for items.

i shipped a parcel last month to USA, 18 pieces of individual recordable media. Total amount paid of content 109,000 yen. DDP was accessed at 2500 yen.

Created a parcel this month, 13 pieces of recorded media plus 1 bundle of 4 recorded media. 83,000 yen amount paid for content. DDP was accessed at 8100 yen.

I’m trying to wrap my head around why ddp would be more for this parcel if the number of items are less (same type of items) and the total cost of items are less. I would think DDP would be less.

Same shipping service.

I’ve reached out to Zenmarket which I know can take a day or so, I thought I’d just ask here in the meantime.

Bought stuff doesn't reach warehouse

Hello folks, I ordered some stuff off zenmarket. 1 of 3 parcels I ordered arrived but the rest ist still listed as "on its way". Parcels should've arrived on 10th this month. Was I scammed ? I already tried finding out if there is a support for this but I can't seem to find support.

Will I get my money back if it doesn't arrive ?

Pokémon Ranger ZenHaul!!

Mostly Pokémon Ranger merch by my favorite artists but I also managed to nab the elusive (...or expensive) Pokémon Time Buizel plush for a reasonable enough price after hunting for him for quite the few years!! This is my 6th parcel throughout my years of ordering but first time showing the contents. Thank you so much ZM team!!

Suggestion on what to do?

I bought a 190$ spoiler for my car and they are saying the shipping is 600$ which is way more than I expected it to be. It's my fault, I should have researched more. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to get it over for cheaper. I am trying to look into cutting corners, like taking long shipping and stuff and the only tips I have come across is crying to cut down the box dimensions by asking them to, and taking a slower route. The dimensions are 140x31x40. I noticed that once I put in the dimension 140cm the shipping price skyrockets. Any help/suggestions on something one of you might have done?

**EDIT**

Apparently orders have to be at least 800$ to be shipped to the U.S. unless its like food or clothes??? And they just decided to not make this obvious on the website??? No clue what to do

ECMS: Advice Needed

I am considering purchasing a DS lite (on a limited budget) and some games to go with it, and the least expensive shipping option to my location (US) available is ECMS.

I have seen people say that ECMS will not allow shipment of devices containing lithium batteries, but, I was looking at their restricted items for General International Express and do not see batteries listed there, perhaps I am mistaken? Will my order be cancelled if I select this shipping option?

My main concern is that FedEx Lowcost (next cheapest available option) is nearly double the shipping price of ECMS.

Also, will the prepayment fee for FedEx Lowcost and ECMS be the same? Will I have to worry about further unexpected prices besides the increased shipping cost if I have to switch my (planned) shipping carrier from ECMS to FedEx Lowcost?

Any help appreciated, thank you~!

£135 customs threshold

Have read conflicting information so if someone can clarify that would be great.

Does the £135 threshold include international shipping or just local shipping costs to their warehouse?

ZM confirmed the latter but have seen online elsewhere that the international shipping cost is included.

Second question - do orders over the threshold take longer to process (this may be why my order is stuck?)

Hey guys, I have a question. I saw there was a 20% discount coupon for items from other stores over 8000 yen (excluding Mercari), so I wanted to buy something on Rakuten, but the discount isn't being applied. Am I the only one, or is there something wrong?

‘Packing in process’

Been stuck at this status for 12 days, barely any update from the company. This is my 5th shipment and the others have been fine. Is this normal?

First timer buying....

So i bought a product and created a parcel and they show me the shipping costs. Now the question is, can i store that boxed parcel? Or do i need to pay right away?

Can i wait and hope they will make a coupon for shipping discount? Or do they dont do that often?

Thanks for the answers and help.

Packing in progress

I had two parcels from the same order period. One of them got packed, shipped, and already arrived to me, but the other one has been stuck on “being packed” for 11 days now.
Both were submitted around the same time, so I’m confused why one moved normally and the other hasn’t updated at all.
