Have read conflicting information so if someone can clarify that would be great.

Does the £135 threshold include international shipping or just local shipping costs to their warehouse?

ZM confirmed the latter but have seen online elsewhere that the international shipping cost is included.

Second question - do orders over the threshold take longer to process (this may be why my order is stuck?)

Been stuck at this status for 12 days, barely any update from the company. This is my 5th shipment and the others have been fine. Is this normal?
