do i have to pay for shipping after the pre-order arrives at Zen warehouse?
hi guys, its my first time buying stuff from japan like this. I used the est shipping fees and i got 1400yen, but when i tried to pay for it this show up. does it mean i will have to pay shipping later when the item is release?
