I've been searching for this movie for YEARS, please help 😭😿😭😿

Hi, can you help me find the following movie? I used to watch it on DVD when I was little (the original one, as far as I remember) Here’s what I remember about the plot: It started by retelling the stories of princesses, and how some villains stole special items from the stories, and ordinary people had to recover the objects so the stories could go back to the way they were before. The people went through a forest where they faced challenges to reach a castle where all the villains were holding the objects.

Help me figure out what this scene is from!!

Okay so I remember this movie scene from my very young childhood but I can never figure out what movie it was. I’ve google searched it periodically over the last 10 years and never found anything so this is my last hope. I watched it in the theaters and I was young (like 8 or younger) so if I have to guess, it was released between 2007-2012. The scene has the main character who was a guy and there was a girl there who was the love interest. All I really remember is that they were in this really big cage thing with metal fencing. He took her there and was like “let me show you something I’ve been working on” and flipped a switch and the fence became like electrified and it was really cool. The girl was like in awe. I remember the song that was playing during the scene was like “I got the Magic in me” or “Fireflies” or some song that’s similar in vibe/genre. The overall vibe was very positive and I believe this may have been the climax of the movie. Pls help me find this!! I want to relive this childhood memory so bad😭

Comedy with an IRS joke that’s been burned in my brain for years

Alright, this has plagued me for most of my adult life. When I was a kid (which means I saw it on VHS in the mid 90’s or early 00’) I vividly remember a scene in a movie where some federal agents come across a police roadblock or something.

They say “it’s okay, we’re with the IRS!” and then the cops all draw their guns in a very 90’s comedy “haha the IRS sucks” kind of way.

While it’s entirely possible I’m mis-remembering, the scene SEEMS so clear in my head (but it’s been 30 years so who knows.)

I thought it might be My Fellow Americans, but I just rewatched it and don’t recall anything similar to that happening.

Anyone else remember this or am I nuts?

Childhood memory of a scene

Okay not sure anyone can help I can only recall waking up late at night to this one scene on telly. In the UK, late 90's/early 2000's and I remember being creeped out by it. Since I was a child perhaps it was even a dream and it might've been within a tv show and not a film.

All I can recall:

Scene was within a cinema, red chairs. Small audiences. Seems it was friends watching friends. I recall someone being in a chair, like something disturbing but also maybe floated over the scene ? The people watching were disturbed by it. It was either on screen or in a theatre setting or it was a dream within a dream. I recall the someone in the chair not being able to wake up afterwards and the friends surrounding him not knowing what to do, maybe he was the one dreaming the sequence

That's it.. not much to go on.

Idk the full movie/plot Help!

Hello 👋

Approximately this is the early 2000s movie (I think that’s when I do remember watching it or at least part of it).

I am having trouble figuring out this movie I know I’ve seen years ago.

This is the only part of the movie I can remember:

An older sister is performing an adult act on her boyfriend (I’m assuming since I don’t remember) [the movie has Asian people in it] & her little sister catches her.

Here’s where it gets murky the little sister is holding condoms or the parents found them and the little sister gets beat first with some sort of stick or whip and cries first then the older sister is beaten also and she stares at the younger sister while she gets beaten with an angry glare.

They both had on silk kimonos (the little girls was like a dark magenta with white and the older sister was wearing a black one or black underwear)

While the beatings are taking place it’s outside and raining very hard.

I hope someone can shed some light on this movie because I’ve been thinking about it a lot.

Animated movie

I'm trying to remember this movie, I apologize , it might be german but I only remember how it starts. it's animated and it starts with a guy(it might have been an anthropomorphic bear) walking through a thunderstorm on side scrolling panel where the camera follows him. There's things crashing all around him and paper flying through that may have been like calendar pages. please help.

i remember watching this movie as a kid and ive been trying to find it for YEARS (probably 2000s-2010s?), it really kills me bc i only have this fuzzy memory of one scene. in said scene there's this lady who gets sent a book (or picks it up somewhere) about a lady and a dog, and an audiobook with it that helps her learn how to read it. she then proceeds to circle the "the"'s on the pages of the book, spelling them out. did i DREAM of this movie or does it actually exist lol? thanks to anyone who will help out!!

Time loop Mystery Movie

Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to find this for years and it’s driving me crazy.

I watched it when I was really young (early 2000s), and I’m pretty sure it was either a short film, TV episode, or something similar—not a full mainstream movie.

Here’s what I remember:

- A white American man wakes up in the morning and feels an urgent need to go somewhere

- He is stuck in a time loop—every time he fails, the day resets back to him waking up

- His goal is to save a blind Black woman

- The woman is trying to cross a street/crosswalk, and she gets hit by a car if he doesn’t reach her in time

Details that really stood out:

- His car is blocked or clamped, so he’s forced to run

- He runs through the city (felt like a New York-style setting)

- At some point he cuts through a park

- He even gets chased by a dog while trying to reach her

- He fails multiple times before (possibly) succeeding

Other notes:

- It felt American (actors and setting)

- Probably late 90s to early 2000s

- Could have been part of a TV anthology or a short shown on cable

I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find anything that matches this exact plot.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I've been searching for this movie for YEARS, please help 😭😿😭😿

I saw this movie when I was around 6 to 10 years old, and I don't really remember what it was about anymore—I only have vague memories of it. It must have been released between 1990 and 2015 The animation was like old-school Disney, you could say.

Here’s everything I remember: It starts with a forest full of vines, and then it goes to a mobile home—or so I think—where a woman who was a collector of exotic animal skins discovers a kind of bear/koala that’s purple/blue in color?? and she wants to capture it to kill it. Well, then they manage to capture it and take it to the city, and halfway there, it manages to escape—in an alley, you could say. That’s the vast majority of what I remember. I was very young when I saw this movie, and my memories of it are fading. Please, I beg you to help me find it—I feel like it’s an important part of my childhood 🙏.

I have been searching for like 6 years

So every few years since 2020 I’ve kinda tried to find a movie I watched (I watched it somewhere between 2014-2018, give or take a year) and so far no luck so I’m turning to reddit

Despite having some issues with memory I distinctively remember a scene near the end where two men are on a rooftop fighting. The main character ends up getting his tooth knocked out midway through the scene

Other details of note are that it is definitely 2D animated, I’m 90% sure it was Greyscale or at least not many colors that were vibrant in any manner, and I don’t recall much speaking, if any at all. Part of the reason the scene stood out to me was because I actually heard someone make a noise for once in the movie which I didn’t expect given the movie didn’t have it’s characters speak much.

Rain was moderately there as the whole movie was vaguely melancholic. I also think the main character was defending some child, like I think the antagonists were in some kind of gang and were gonna kill the kid but the main guy noticed and wanted to defend her for obvious reasons, though that parts more fuzzy.

Definitively though, was a dark, 2D animated movie, where two guys fought on a roof top at its climax and the main character has his tooth knocked out, rain wasn’t uncommon and things were pretty quiet

Titanic steamy hand parody??

I remember watching an episode of a show (possibly an adult cartoon or maybe not??) where the characters are at some kind of Titanic reenactment and there’s a woman who’s obsessed with the movie and wants to experience the romantic parts.

I have a vivid memory of her demanding that her and one of the male characters reenact the scene where the hand slides on the steamy window of the car. It’s driving me crazy that I can’t figure out what it’s from, does anyone know??

Late 80s mid 90s action movie - Scope on a silver pistol pointed at a playground

Bad guy sitting in a car, points his ludicrous scoped pistol (maybe even a revolver) which is matte silver at a kid or a person at the playground and is then interrupted by our hero.

No idea why, it's been stuck in my head for years...

Trying to find a movie I seen 10 years ago

Hello, I’ve been trying to find the name of a movie I seen years ago and I’ve spent the last 4 hours looking online and I have got nowhere as to the name or anything of this movie. The movie is a Sasquatch movie where the creature is on a rampage to kill the people in the movie, the thing o remember most is the girl in the movie was in a cabin and she got ripped out the window or wall by the arm of the creature and it’s not abominable or whatever that popular movie is called this was like pitch black out and the creature had red eyes or maybe glowing eyes and it was a very gory movie and it was very terrifying. Hopefully I can get a little more evidence to find it if I find it I’m buying it so I can never forget the name please help find this movie!

Which movie is the phrase "Kevam kelam keverabitas"?

I watched it like 20y ago or more, on TV, so must be a 80s or 90s movie. The main, male character (my brain thinks it's Mathew Broderick or John Cusack), says something latin like that, and explains it is a phrase you say when you don't know what else to say.

The phrase may sound something entirely different as I was a kid when I wrote it down. The movie may have been a romantic comedy or something.

Neo Noir type movie

I am only roughly remembering the movie. Sorry if it is to little information...
I think its from arround the 70s. What I rember is that the cool/ sexy detective has a aquarium in his office overlooking some city street and some banter and or flirting with his secretary. Later on the movie has shoutouts and the detective finds a loveintrest/ leading lady.

It is not one of the more known Neo Noir Movies.

Movie with Greg Kinnear

or Greg Kinnear lookalike.

Movie starts with him at home in a multi storey house having just been found out for having an affair by his wife. they are arguing, there may have been mention of a necklace.

My Mum and I saw this in a hotel in Vietnam in the late 2010s but it felt like a much older movie. we have been searching for it for years.

TIA!

Which action movie with a shootout involving a Lancer (probably an Evolution X, orange or copper) being shot at by a black SUV?

Action movie (2010s or newer), the main character drives an orange/copper Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X. In one scene, men in a black SUV ambush and shoot up his car with automatic weapons. The characters appear to be Middle Eastern or Turkish. The film was dubbed in Portuguese. It involves police and gangsters/terrorists. NOT Fast & Furious.

glowing alien movie, possibly pre-2000s

Theres this movie that scared the ever loving shit out of me as a kid and it was about these really tall glowing orange aliens that visit earth and wear peoples skin as disguise and they might actually kill people in the process too, hell they migtve been taking the skin of seniors that passed on already which would make it more terrifying, but theyre here because of some meteor that crashes into this senior centers pool, and it gives the pool healing properties that the people dont manage to figure out the source of until the very end of the movie, and the whole thing centers around that mystery.

And the end is pretty sad actually because in the middle fo the night someone brings their ailing partner who just passed in their sleep to the pool and splashes their face w the water only to be told by someone else that the aliens were gone and that the pool wont save them anymore, bc this was after they had found their way back to their home planet and everything. Im so curious to know if they were as scary as i remembered

No idea when it was released, it mightve even been on vcr cos my grandmother was watching it. I remember it being 19 something though
