Late 80s mid 90s action movie - Scope on a silver pistol pointed at a playground
Bad guy sitting in a car, points his ludicrous scoped pistol (maybe even a revolver) which is matte silver at a kid or a person at the playground and is then interrupted by our hero.
No idea why, it's been stuck in my head for years...
