4/27/2026: Quiet in the kennel, walks well on a loose leash to the dog run and is always curled up laying down.

5/2/2026: Preston has been quiet in his kennel. walks on a loose leash, keeping a neutral body. a little hesitant to walk back to south

5/5/2026: Preston has been lounging around in his kennel and laying on bedding. He remains very quiet and relaxed in kennel at all times. Walks well on a loose leash outside and back to kennel.

4/24/2026: Weighed 60.6 lbs. Intake condition normal. DA2PP-V given.

4/25/2026: Weighed 60.6 lbs. Normal exam. Dewormed, Bordetella, Rabies, HW test negative, Pyrantel, and Advantage Multi Dog given.

4/29/2026: Weighed 60.0 lbs. Injured. Rads of pelvis / R leg. S/O: right hindlimb in angled inward. moderate lameness of RH limb. A: right distal femur healed fracture with boney callous. P: radiograph images revealed a previous fracture of right femur that is healed due to the boney callous surrounding it. recommend radiologist and ortho consultation. long term can develop early osteoarthritis. did not place on oral pain meds since the fracture is old and healed. does not seem painful upon palpation. Ketofen and Antisedan given.

5/8/2026: Weighed 60.0 lbs. Injured. DA2PP-V given.

was quiet and relaxed in kennel during am feeding and cleaning. when opening his kennel door he backed away and flinched when leashing. after he was leashed he slowly walked out of his kennel with a neutral body, low swaying tail and soft open mouth. walked on a loose leash and allowed me to remove leash with no issues.

05/10/26 11:36 calm and quiet in kennel, didn't potty overnight. Loose leash out to runs and back

Was on tech eval to monitor for seizure activity. When I looked in the dog was resting comfortably no seizures noted at that time. Will leave on tech eval to continue to monitor.

4/10/2026: a little vocal in kennel during am feeding and cleaning. presented a very wiggly body, open mouth with loose tongue, jumping on kennel door and high fast wagging tail. walked on a forward leash while ignoring trail of treats.

4/11/2026: greeted me with a neutral body in the kennel, walked on a loose leash to the runs. In the runs had a more loose wiggly body, walked back on a loose leash.

4/13/2026: was a move adopt and placed into kennel by another act when walking by to do 4 on the floor dog is at the front of kennel, jumping up wiggly body fast wagging tail.

4/14/2026: Ms. Midnight will come to the front of kennel, jumping up wiggly body fast wagging tail. I will give her treats to have her get down, treat motivated.

4/15/2026: Ms. Midnight will come to the front of kennel, jumping up wiggly body fast wagging tail. I will give her treats to have her get down, treat motivated. When I went take her out today she pancake on the floor and not move. I tethers her to the wall to clean.

4/18/2026: Wiggly body, fast wagging tail, walks well on leash.

4/20/2026: Midnight will greet at the front of the kennel as she presents loose body, wagging tail and soft close mouth. Will remain calm and quiet in kennel.

🚑 Medical Notes:

4/9/2026: Weighed 52.0 lbs. Intake condition noted as normal. Vaccinated with DA2PP-V, Bordetella, and Rabies. Dewormed with Pyrant and given Advantage Multi. Heartworm test negative.

4/17/2026: Weighed 52.0 lbs. GI notes: liquid cow patty stool. Assessment: ddx worms/coccidia/diet/stress. Treated with Panacur 16 ml SID x3, repeat in 3 weeks, and Ponazuril (repeat in 1 week).

4/23/2026: Weighed 52.0 lbs. Normal exam. Dewormed again with Pyrant and DA2PP-V vaccine given.

4/24/2026: Weighed 52.0 lbs. URI noted. Hacking/coughing, huffing, green nasal discharge. Assessment: DDX CIRD. Moved to TX room and started treatment with Doxycycline 250 mg SID x10 days. Treatment log shows Doxycycline 100 mg x2 and Doxycycline 50 mg x1.

4/22/2026: Horongo came in very anxious, pacing back and forth, heavy open mouth panting.

4/24/2026: Jumping on the kennel door, open mouth pant, walked on a foward leash, ignored treats, tail high up, vocal.

4/27/2026: Horongo was a Move Adopt this morning and was walked on a semi-loose leash due to forward pulling on the leash to his new kennel. Throughout the day, he has been jumping/bouncing on and off the kennel gate, panting, pacing back and forth in front of the gate, and vocalizing. Made into Adopt Eval.

4/28/2026: During morning walks and feedings, he was overly aroused in both in his kennel and outside runs. He was walked on a loose leash and neutral to and from the outside runs and he paid little attention to other dogs as he passed by. While in the runs, he was still being overly aroused; jumping/bouncing on and off the kennel gate non-stop, heavy panting, pacing back and forth in front of the gate, and vocalizing. When someone passes his kennel, he would start to pace back and forth and jump/bounce off the kennel gate.
