Hi all,

I (65m) am on week 5 and going up to 5.0. I am 5'8" and trying to go from 200 to 175 lbs. I eat all types of food, but finding it hard to get 100g of protein daily. With titrating up, I will need to really be good with strength training and protein. anyone with suggestions on a good high protein list of things that worked for you?

I was actually ready to start a few days ago. I had already talked to my doctor and just wanted to get going, but after reading more here I feel like I’ve somehow made it more complicated in my head.

At first it seemed simple, just follow the plan and start, but now it feels like everyone is doing this a bit differently depending on what works for them, and I’m not sure what actually matters long term.

Some people say it was straightforward, others mention it took a while to figure things out once they got a few weeks in. I’ve also seen people mention different approaches and even names like Mochi or formblends here and there, but I still can’t really tell what actually makes a difference after the first month or two.

I don’t want to keep going back and forth forever, I just want to start in a way that makes sense and not feel like I rushed into something without understanding it.

Maybe I’m just overthinking it, but if you’ve already been through this, what helped you finally just start and stick with it?

I just started with Pomegranate, got my first shipment today and the BUD is close. By the time I start using the second vial it will be past the BUD. Who would be best to reach out to? Pomegrante? OptiRx? or the pharmacy that filled it? THANKS

My son bought this and sent it out for testing and it came back good to go. But the vials are 11 mg, so I dont know if it's 10 "proof" or 20 "proof" lol! So I'm not sure how much water to add to it. I'm used to taking 20 proof so I kinda need to know and he goes full lecture mode or 'just do what I say' mode when I ask questions.... so I'm hoping to bypass that.

This is something I couldn't get a straight answer on from any provider site and I'm hoping someone here can explain it clearly. Most providers offer a starter and an advanced plan at different price points but none of them explain what actually changes between the two beyond vague language about dosing flexibility.

Is the difference in concentration per vial? Total mg supplied? The titration ceiling you can reach within the plan? I'm trying to understand whether the advanced plan is something most people end up needing or whether the starter covers the full titration arc for most users.

The reason it matters to me specifically is that the pharmacy pricing spread changes depending on which plan you're on. So if advanced is something most people need eventually it changes the 6-month cost calculation pretty significantly depending on which pharmacy you're considering. Has anyone been through both plan tiers and can speak to what actually changed when they moved up?

I have appointment with my endocrinologist this week to discuss GLP1. I am over wight again (lost 100 pounds a few years ago). BMI is about 35. I am 61(F). The reason I am seeing my Endro is because I am pre diabetic, thyroid issues, cortisol concerns and a breast cancer survivor (still on meds).

What questions should I be ready to ask or answer? TIA
