Hi everyone, 65m, SW198 CW194 GW175. I did a few calculations and it looks like I need 2800 calories to maintain current weight, so I am thinking that 2300 would be good to target for weight loss. On the macros, is a good plan 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat a good ratio? I am 6 weeks in, and going from 2.5 mg (did great for 3weeks) to 5.0 tomorrow and I expect to have appetite suppression once again. If I’m not feeling hungry is it fine to be more at 50% protein and 25/25 ? I don’t want to be burdened with going crazy counting everything, what free apps are good and also easy for an old guy that is fair at watching what I eat and doing cardio 2x a week and light Strength 2 x a week?

I (65m) am on week 5 and going up to 5.0. I am 5'8" and trying to go from 200 to 175 lbs. I eat all types of food, but finding it hard to get 100g of protein daily. With titrating up, I will need to really be good with strength training and protein. anyone with suggestions on a good high protein list of things that worked for you?

65m, SW 201. First 3 weeks on 2.5 I did very well and lost about 8 lbs. Week 4 it slowed a bit, but by week 5 i was down 10, but noticing i was eating more. As a newbie, and because of going on vacation, I stayed at 2.5 on the 5th shot and this week while away I am eating more and I quickly put on 3-4 lbs! Since I tolerated the 2.5 with very little side effects, should I just go to 5.0 on Saturday when I get back? I was worried and thinking about 3,75 since the initial dose worked so well and with the cost it would stretch the cost out a bit, but not sure.
