Hi everyone, finally a good news! After I posted here on reddit, (please click the original post above, im not sure how to properly repost it sorry), a very kind lawyer reached out to me and filed a Notice of Dispute on my behalf.

After that, StubHub emailed me saying that the 4 erroneous charges are reversed and I will receive them in my bank account within 5 business days.

As per the agent today, there was a system glitch and that they already fixed it. :(

I received 3 sets of emails for all my 4 sales transactions:

  1. "A charge has been cancelled".

  2. "A credit has been issued".

  3. "Your dispute for transaction xxxxx has been accepted".

I also regained access to my account.

The past few days have been extremely stressful, so this is a huge relief. If anyone else is going through something similar, I strongly recommend filing a Notice of Dispute.

That said, StubHub still owes me the proceeds from my ticket sales after the concert in October 2026, so I’m hoping that process goes smoothly from here.

This was my first time selling tickets, and honestly, it was a pretty overwhelming experience.

Thank you to everyone who shared advice and their experiences, it really helped. And a huge thank you to the lawyer who reached out and assisted me. He’s apparently helped a lot of people dealing with similar StubHub issues.

Can a seller transfer your ticket last minute?

I bought tickets 4 months ago for a concert in october, and I still haven’t received it. I’m worried if sellers are allowed to just transfer the ticket last minute right before the concert starts.

Another bad experience on StubHub to share

I'm not sure how common this is, but I wanted to share my experiences on StubHub. I purchased 2 tickets to the Yuja Wang concert. I was assured that the tickets would arrive by the date of the concert. Well, they did not arrive. I opted to be credited to my account on the app. Instead, the program sent me a lesser random tickets. When I contacted the customer support, they just told me all sales are final and I cannot be refunded. Is this a common experience of not getting the purchased ticket and they randomly stuff with you a lesser ticket?

Zach Bryan Tickets - PDF, legitimate?

Hi all, I bought a ticket through StubHub for the Zach Bryan concert at Memorial Stadium for this Saturday the 25th, I just received the ticket via email but it’s a PDF, has anyone else received tickets like this before? I normally always go through Ticketmaster so I’m panicking a bit. Thanks for your help!

Am I Correct in My Assumption That I Will Get My StubHub World Cup Ticket?

On my StubHub Orders page, my Order Status with 3 green check marks is Confirmed, Processing and Tickets are Ready. In the Tickets are ready section, it says that StubHub will mail my tickets, when they are available, to my email address.

Am I to assume that I will get this email with my electronic ticket closer to game time, which in my case is June 25, the Turkey vs USA match 59 at SoFi stadium, and that I am correct to not worry (not worry too much anyway) that I will indeed get my tickets sometime in June (fingers crossed).

Or is it I am doing something wrong by waiting and I need to do something now?

Thanks for any help.

Seller can't fulfill my order; StubHub refuses to update the status and asks me to wait until 12/19/26 for resolution

I sold tickets. All tickets are already accepted by buyers months ago, but stubhub charged me instead + locked my account with no explanation. So i am losing money TWICE.
