If I summon Shizuku and in the end phase search linkage with her effect, can I activate said linkage to go into Zero in the end phase? I tried that in Master Duel just know but it didnt let me do it…But im sure I saw that play somewhere

Can someone explain to me the utility of a few cards? Hornet drones, I don’t really get the point of it. Fallen and the virtious, if I send ecclesia and the dark dragon would both effects apply? Reading the card says use one of the effects but someone I was playing at a locals who took striker to worlds was telling me that’s how it worked and I was lowkey not believing it.

I guess second part, what’s the best way to play it pure? I like using camellia for the dump a spell but that’s only if I see raye and roze starting hand. Radiant typhoon draw card I don’t remember its name is good but after you use 2 the last one is dead, and mst isn’t the strongest removal. I thought about playing more radiant typhoon cards but I don’t think the value is there. I don’t want to play mitsu because I don’t want to acquire it again I just gave away the deck to someone to get started.

(Yes, this question may have come from my brother having gifted me the legendary modern decks as a birthday gift, oops)

Hey there, i would like to start this thread by saying i have autism, so please be gentel with your responses.

Anyways im looking to play at locals where everyone pretty much only plays gopd decks (last time i played 3 people were running VSK9). I already have a ton of staples like a full playset of fuwalos, an extra plauset of ghost ogre, a playset of the fallen and the virtuous and even have a playset of radiant typhoon vision in the mail. But for now i cant order any new cards until those arrive and i go to locals. So im stuck with 1 zero and 2 kagari in the extra deck. So ive decided to use the mitsurugi engine (which wasnt hit at all by todays banlist 😅) to give me extra oomph (im willing to cut the mitsurugi engine, but i like it).

If anyone who reads this has any recomendations for what i could swap in for the 3 extra deck slots i have i woul be thankful, i already have an accescode in hand.

Hi just a quick post to give my opinion since a lot of people seem to disagree with me but upstart is just playing into droll. That's it. No card advantage, nothing. You don't even get to search, you just draw one.

That was the best thing you could get a few years ago, because you're playing a 37 card deck and it gets a spell in GY. Sure. But nowadays you have an alternative in the radiant typhoon quick plays that also put spells in GY and most importantly: they can be activated in the draw phase. This deck doesn't die to droll anymore.

So unless you're on a budget, which I understand, upstart isn't the optimal way to play sky strikers. Change my mind

There’s probably an incredibly obvious answer that I’m missing for this. But is there any reason at all that Fuwalos appears in almost 0 deck lists for Sky Striker?

I understand that Sky Striker is quite capable going 1st now but I still think it shines going 2nd. Based on that knowledge, is there a reason that Fuwalos isn’t an absolute god card to see in your hand going 2nd? Even if it’s just used to get rid of 1 form of your opponents interruption at the bare minimum, I feel like the potential draw power achievable from it can absolutely turbocharge your board breaking potential going 2nd.

Again, maybe I’m missing something obvious, I just can’t see why it’s not a more popular choice?

Hi All, the idea of sky striker being a control deck sounds just up my alley, I love a deck that tells the enemy "no you can't do that" and then make them quit. Does the card fit our deck?

With radiant typhoon chant being limited to one, is the radiant typhoon package w/ swen, eldam, and one chant still worth playing in sky striker? Or should you just play it pure striker with visions.
