Have already filed taxes for 2025 but made a mistake on claiming the RRSP contribution amount. Now need to amend and defer the contribution but not sure how much would be ideal. Anyone know of any accountants who's good at this? Thanks.

Hi, I’m looking for an inexpensive place to park my medium sized truck while flying out for work for a week or two at a time. (I have a small place here with no dedicated parking so I park on the street and move it daily when in town.)

I’ve used a couple of commercial parking spots near downtown over the last year or so but they increased in price and I was priced out.

I’m not sure if it’s out there, but if someone has spare room in their driveway or behind their place, I’d be happy to compensate them for leaving my truck there.

Any suggestions or recommendations appreciated.

Does anyone recall when Just Friends was filming in Regina? I feel like it was such a big deal at the time.

I personally had no interaction with cast or crew, but I'm curious to hear stories if you did, or know someone who did.

Maybe I am out of touch with the real estate market, but I was really surprised to see a 2.2 million listing ($20.2K taxes) for a residential area in north Regina. Yes it’s a very nice home, but it backs an unusable lake and you’re still…in Regina. Will be interesting to see if this one sells quickly.

I have a date next weekend and I need some ideas, we are both high shoolers and we dont wanna do a traditional date, still food but somthing fun we could do after.

Manitoban here, who was in Regina for a funeral this weekend.

I hadn’t been to Regina since I was a child, and even then, it was just to pass through.

As much as it pains me to even think of this, because of the blue and gold that flows through my veins, Regina is great! Keep in mind, I was only there for less than three full days, but I was thoroughly impressed with my experiences in that short time. Also, if this somehow gets back to another Manitoban, I will deny until I die.

I mostly stayed in the railyards area (I think) and it was great in my opinion. The strip of bars on Dewdney was fantastic. I stopped in for a beer at Bushwakker on Friday then wandered over to Revival Music Room. What a great place. The atmosphere, the people, the service, everything was top notch! It very much reminded me of a bar back in Winnipeg, in a good way.

I returned to Revival Music Room Saturday night because Friday night was excellent, and because a band from Winnipeg was going to be playing. Again, another top tier night out. Some of the staff remembered me from the night before (in a good way, I think?). The band (Dr Rocktopus) was incredible. There was a group of locals that took me in as one of their own for the rest of the night and we had a blast!

Unfortunately, due to the aforementioned blue and gold in my veins, it’s essentially punishable by death if I were to even consider sharing this information with fellow Manitobans. I’m gambling with my life even posting this here, but THANK YOU!

Got a bad carrot peeler slice at the feild house today. Casually taking jacket out and lost a lot of tissue. Rubbed the edge of a new locker and started leaking. Just be careful if your kids are grabbing stuff from the locker.

Be careful out there with kids who use the lockers.

Needing ideas for a venue for a micro wedding of about 20-25 people, ideally for ceremony and then dinner right after in the same location?

we went for supper to East Side Mario’s last night. My partner just went to warm up his leftovers in the take out box.

It lit on fire in the microwave. It damaged the appliance.

He only put it in for two minutes.

Nowhere on the box does it say “Do not microwave.”

So uhhhh don’t do that I guess lol

I was walking my dog and noticed two dogs locked in one kennel inside a truck on Ariel crescent in HL. Do I call the after hours animal protection police line or what would justify someone to do this? I noticed them at 2pm. Was thinking of driving by at 3 and seeing if they're still in there, if they are I will call it in.

I'm a bit "newer" to the city, and my 19th birthday is on Tuesday. Was just wondering if there were any decent places to go to that are cheap or even free? Already planning on the floral conservatory but not sure what else!

I’ve gone into a rabbit hole of searching for hairstylists on google and Reddit with little luck finding what I’m looking for.

I’m specifically looking for a hairstylist that knows how to help someone who doesn’t know what suits their facial features. I (23F) have a round, slightly chubby face and thick, long hair. I want wispy bangs but with my smaller forehead, if they follow a “formula” instead of individualizing it to my face, I know I’ll regret it.

Does anyone know someone talented in Regina who can help me?
