2.2 million dollar listing in North Regina

Maybe I am out of touch with the real estate market, but I was really surprised to see a 2.2 million listing ($20.2K taxes) for a residential area in north Regina. Yes it’s a very nice home, but it backs an unusable lake and you’re still…in Regina. Will be interesting to see if this one sells quickly.
