Razer Zephyr Refund?

I know it’s been a year since the Zephyr lawsuit, and I did foolishly buy one, I thought it looked cool, advertised N95, and bought it at the second or so drop. But I’ve yet to receive any refund or check. Are other people still waiting or should I contact the FTC?

Help with PC build

Hey! I wanted to build a new pc as mine is showing its age, and for upgrading, I’m at a spot where to upgrade what I need, I’d need a new CPU, Motherboard, RAM, and GPU. So basically a new pc.

I typically play all sorts of games, both cpu demanding and GPU demanding. (World of Warcraft, Overwatch, Minecraft, GTA V, Warframe, etc.)

I was wanting something powerful yet still within a $1500-$1700 budget.

(I do have a 4k monitor and I know it’s a problem because everything defaults to 4k. Would something like Lossless Scaling help with that? I already use FSR for my current games)

Here’s the pcpartpicker list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/8tfYTm

Is there anything I could change to make it cheaper while still keeping the cpu and GPU? Possibly the RAM too? (I like to have other things open like chrome and save tabs and watch videos or listen to music while I game)

I currently have an i7-9700k and an RX 6700xt GPU, and looking at benchmarks, the 9060xt doesn’t seem *too* much better. But I saw a massive increase with a 9070xt.

Any help is much appreciated!
