Hey Pune people, I need serious help. I’m a 2025 passout and not getting any calls even after applying. If anyone here works at eClerx and can refer me, please help. I just want to start working and not sit idle 🙏🏻
Hey everyone!
We’re CreateBot Labs, a Pune-based startup building innovative products and solutions in the AI and Robotics space across multiple industries. As we continue to expand, we’re actively looking for passionate interns (full-time / part-time), and currently, we’re hiring for a Media & Marketing Internship that offers a truly unique on-ground experience.
This is a 2-month on-site opportunity in Panchgani, where you won’t just be working behind a screen—you’ll be out in the field, collaborating closely with local strawberry farmers, capturing authentic stories, and turning them into engaging digital content. Your role will involve creating reels, photography, managing social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and helping shape brand storytelling in a real-world setting.
What makes this internship stand out is the environment and exposure. You’ll be working from the scenic hills of Panchgani, gaining hands-on experience in content creation, marketing strategy, and community-driven storytelling. We provide accommodation and food, along with a monthly stipend, so you can focus entirely on learning, experimenting, and building your portfolio.
This opportunity is open only to college students and freshers who are eager to gain practical experience and grow in the media and marketing domain. It’s not suitable for working professionals.
If this sounds exciting to you, send your resume to career@createbotlabs.com or apply through our careers section. We’ll be closing applications in about a week, so don’t miss out!
I'm a 2026 grad currently working as a Software Developer Intern (about 9 months in). Much of my initial work was heavily tied to the Frappe framework and Python, but I’ve recently rewritten my resume to highlight my experience with headless architectures (Next.js/React) and DevOps (Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD).
My goal is to position myself as a full-stack developer.
I have two asks for the community:
1. Roast my resume: I've tried to structure my experience bullet points using a "Frontend + Backend + DevOps" formula to show I own the entire lifecycle. Does this read well to seniors/hiring managers, or does it feel forced? Any red flags?
2. Project Guidance: I want to build a new, standalone project from scratch to solidify this specific tech stack. I want to heavily utilize:
I want to avoid generic "to-do apps" or "e-commerce clones." What are some impressive, non-trivial, architecture-heavy project ideas that actually make hiring managers do a double-take?
Thanks in advance for the help!
Just wanted to share an experience so other freshers/job seekers stay careful.
A few days ago I was contacted on WhatsApp for a data entry role.
The message looked professional and included:
HR contact number
Interview location
Salary details
Office number
The interview location was in a good commercial building near the Novotel area in Pune. When I reached the mentioned office (9th floor, office 901), it was locked.
While waiting near the lift, I saw a girl arguing with someone because they had taken her CV and were not returning it. I called the HR person and was told they had “left urgently” and that another HR would come shortly.
Then two young boys told me they had already paid around ₹4,000 to the company/process. That immediately made me suspicious and I left.
Now again I received another WhatsApp interview invitation from a company called “Innovate Source/Innovsource” for multiple IT roles with walk-in interviews in Pune.
I’m not saying every consultancy is fake, but please be very careful if:
recruitment happens only through WhatsApp
they ask for registration/training/security fees
office keeps changing
there’s no proper official email communication
interviews seem disorganized
they target mostly freshers
Please never pay money for a job opportunity.
If anyone else has had similar experiences with these kinds of consultancies in Pune, share below.
Update: The earlier suspicious interview I mentioned was at:
Office No. 901, 9th Floor, Vascon Square / Vascon Mariplex area near Hyatt Regency, Viman Nagar, Pune.
The office was locked when I reached, HR kept delaying, and candidates there said they had already paid money.
If anyone receives WhatsApp interview messages for data entry/back office roles at this location, please verify carefully and do not pay any registration or training fees
hey everyone,
I just wanted to check if anyone else is facing a lot of issues in getting interviews as a fullstack java developer with 9 years experience ? are you guys getting calls or just waiting after applying everyday.
Cheers !!
We are building an RPA solution to automate annual compliance workflows for Private Limited Companies in India (ROC filings, document handling, repetitive MCA processes).
Looking for someone who:
Has 5+ years experience in RPA development
Has worked on process automation in finance/compliance/legal domains (preferred)
Can design, build, and deploy scalable bots (not just scripts)
Understands real-world workflow chaos (documents missing, exceptions, human inputs)
📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra (on-site / hybrid preferred)
⏱ Urgency: Immediate hiring
This is not a basic automation task - we are trying to eliminate manual compliance work at scale. If you’ve built serious RPA systems before, you’ll understand the problem.
If interested, DM with:
Your experience
Tools worked on (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate etc.)
Past projects (brief)
Or tag someone who fits.
Let’s build something that actually reduces real-world operational mess.

Hey everyone 👋
I know this sub sees a lot of these posts, and I genuinely feel for everyone else in the same boat — the 2026 fresher market is brutal and most of us are just trying to get a fair shot.
So here I am, putting myself out there.
**A little about me:**
I'm a final-year MCA student,from Sppu University. My core stack is Python,Java, Django, Django, SQL/MySQL, Machine Learning,Spring. I've built real projects & completed a Python/Django internship .
**Roles I'm open to:**
- Python Developer (fresher/trainee)
- Software Engineer Trainee
- ML / AI Roles
- Java Developer
- Internship with PPO
**What I'm asking for:**
If your company is hiring freshers, has any open roles matching the above, or you're willing to refer me internally — I'd be really grateful. Even a link to the careers page or an internal JD would mean a lot.
I'm open to remote or relocation.
DM me or drop a comment and I'll send my resume right away. Thank you for reading — and good luck to everyone else job hunting out there 🙏
Actually I’m new to Pune , coming on Monday 11th
Where I don’t know where to stay and all I need some guide , I work in Hadapsar, so any one will help me …guys
And also the stay and will anyone join me
I’m a fresher, female and I can pick either Pune or Bangalore for my job. Pune offices are in Yerawada/Magarpatta and Bangalore office is in Electronic City. I’m from Hyderabad, Telugu, and honestly I love it here lol.
I did my internship in Pune and it was okay-ish. I stayed with people from my college, but we didn’t really end up going out much or do stuff on weekends. I also found it kinda hard to make friends there who were open to random plans/activities. But maybe that’s just because it was only a 2 month internship.
I also struggled a bit adjusting to PG + office canteen life there.
What I really want is a city where I can meet cool people whose vibes actually match mine and have a good social life in my twenties. Idk how to define cool, but I mean like fun and chill that are ready to do things. The thing is, even with the people I went to Pune with from my own college, I still felt kinda distant because they already had their own friend groups and I never really had “my person” there.
Now almost everyone from my college is picking Pune, so I’m worried that if I pick Bangalore I’ll end up completely alone there.
At the same time, mine is a software job in the financial sector, and Pune seems really good for that kind of work/career growth too, which is making me even more conflicted.
For someone who has lived in Hyderabad most of her life, which city do you think is better to build a good life in your twenties — socially, lifestyle-wise, meeting people, work culture etc? If you do suggest a city what would be some advices to actually live and not rot away?
