• Analyze customer and campaign data to generate insights
• Help define KPIs, dashboards, and basic requirements
• Work with tools like CDPs, engagement platforms, and CMS
• Support multi-channel campaigns (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app)
• Assist with documentation and reporting
