What would you do if your HR manager is always late and absent?

Bagong employee lang ako sa company namin, and napapansin ko na madalas late yung HR namin. For example, kung 8 AM ang pasok, minsan 11 AM na siya dumarating, and parang normal routine na niya yun. Lately, madalas na rin siyang absent. Sa isang 5-day work week, bihira niyang makumpleto yung attendance niya. Absent na nga, late pa lagi.

Ang weird lang kasi siya pa yung may pinakamataas na position sa HR. Sa ibang company, feeling ko matagal nang may NTE (Notice to Explain) yung ganitong behavior.

Kayo, what do you think should be done in this situation?

[HIRING VA] HR & Payroll Associate (WFH-LUZON BASED ONLY) | UK Clients | HRIS + Payroll Focus

Hi everyone — we’re currently building out our HR team at Oxford DataPlan and looking for an HR & Payroll Associate based in the Philippines 🇵🇭

This role is a good fit if you enjoy the operational side of HR—especially payroll, systems, and working with international teams.

💼 What you’ll be doing:
• End-to-end payroll support (processing, validation, compliance)
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Working with HRIS tools (HiBob experience is a plus)
• Coordinating with internal teams and UK-based stakeholders
• Assisting with general HR operations and admin

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Experience in HR operations and/or payroll
• Comfortable working with international clients (UK experience is a big plus)
• Familiar with HRIS tools (HiBob is a bonus) and CRM tools like HubSpot
• Strong attention to detail (especially for payroll accuracy)
• Organized, reliable, and proactive

🌍 Setup:
• Philippines-based (Open for Luzon based applicants for now)
• Remote
• Working with a UK team

💰 Salary:
• Starting at P30k/month (excluding allowances)
