Is Stoic a good deck for a new player?
I just started playing and started putting points into stoic (two out of nine), and the third one looks like it's going to screw me over if I take it?

I was wondering if some stuff could be moved around to make this better. Currently I am not gonna take it into DS because getting shot after using the flask, but before the shield can come back is a death sentence.
I am also wondering if switching the other copycat boosts to shield would be better. The number is just so much smaller tho.

Repeater + long range barrel
Tatonka with 100 100 handling
i kinda wanna use a sniper build for dsod, whats a good build for it? ive got no preference on speed or what weapons
Did some testing with the Laser Chronometer today to answer some questions I had about, figured I'd share my findings
It can open anything that a saw can.
Opening regular pickable doors costs 8 and ecm locked doors costs 10 of its 30 ammunition
ATMs cost 6 (2 to open them up ,1 for each of the 4 screws inside
Deposit boxes cost 2
For reference, the 30 base ammo is exactly enough on Bank Heist to open one of the exterior doors, open the security door, and open both atms. Or open 15 safe deposit boxes
The ordinance bag will replenish all 30 ammo. As expected.
Bizarrely, the crew AI perk stockpiler replenishes 2. I'm not sure why it's not all 30 or just 1
Fully Loaded aced will replenish 1 ammo every time it procks the throwable pickup affect, which is how I expected stockpiler to work so now I'm even more confused
The laser can't damage enemies, and can't destroy destructible objects like cameras because it only seems to work on things that have saw interaction prompts
Hope that answers any questions anyone had about this nifty little throwable that's already worked it's way into most of my builds that don't already depend on a throwable. If you know anything about the Chronometer not mentioned here already, feel free to comment and I'll add an addendum to this post.
Note: Did some additional testing right after I posted this. I don't know if anyone expected it to be effected by saw perks but for those people, no, it isn't.
Note 2: This does work on the trees in Bomb Forest, and the truck floor in Day 1 of Watchdogs
I am very late.
Anyone have any skills to optimize a gas build? I will be using piglet and basilisk 3V with viper grenade modification. I will probably be using gas dispenser as tag team. it’s probably best to run ammo bags too so I can be even more gassy on the cops.
Hey guys trying to figure out a build that allows me to run a secondary single pistol as kind of my main weapon with a grenade launcher or something similar in primary as I want to emulate a kind of John wick set up relying on a singular handgun. Any tips on skills or perk deck would be appreciated. Highest diff I’d play on would likely be death wish/mayhem so not super concerned with meta effectiveness
Couple of days ago i asked about Stoic. All responses were pretty useful and helped me get a feel for the deck. Pretty great on DSOD, and absurdly broken on lower difficulties.
Now i have some questions for Leech users
The ampule removes armor, but is it still useful to use a vest or armor? Is ICTV worth it for the high armor + high health on the ampule’s down time?
Should i only get PiC or is HT useful as well?
FAKs or Doctor bags?
For the revenant tree, can you make something useful with it? Is swan song + messiah a good combo for Leech?
How do you run Leech? Commando 101 + LMG? Akimbo VD-12s and overkill?
