I seek Guidance

I am a Bachelor Student, 20M from Pakistan.

I am 5ft 7in and 90kg. Roughly 25-30% body fat.

I can do 8 regular and 5 knuckle pushups in one go without rest. Then after a bit of I can do again 6 and 3 respectively.

No kyokushin or effective karate Dojo near me.

I want to study Kyokyshin and I am a diehard fan.

My Dad was a 2nd Dan Black Belt in KyokushinKaiKan back in the 90s.

He got into an accident and severely damaged his spine so he can't teach and guide me.

My goals:

Street Effective striking

Basic Throws and Knockdowns

Basic Joint locks

All of above require speed, endurance and Strength.

How can I build these with minimal equipment as Gyms near me are super expensive. I have 2 5kg dumbbells at my home.

For techniques I refer to Kyokushin Budo Kai manual. It gives me the perfect blend. I want to do conditioning and develop my body as a Kyokushin fighter.

I seek Guidance from Senpais and Shihans.

A big OSU!!! to you all

Take Care
