The last 2 times I got JM's, there seemed to be a lot less meat, even on an Italian mix. It's my favorite sub chain so I was pretty bummed to see that. I usually order for pick-up, do employees throw on less meat if you're not there watching them make it? I always pre-emptively leave a tip too, which made it even more of a bummer.

How does everyone feel about them filing for an IPO? I feel like it’s going to be the downfall of what makes the place great.
When Boars Head had that big outbreak, it was refreshing to see a sandwich place, let alone a chain, not use their meat.
And call me a fan girl, but every time I go in the staff is more or less friendly. I kiki with them all the time because I think it’s so cool to work there.

Watching my middle age figure- Mike’s way, no oil, triple onion and banana peppers. No extra meat. I feel like the slicer guy liked me.
Sorry if it’s a dumb question, but can you build your own sandwich at JM or do you have to pick a number off the menu board as the “base”?
Can someone please explain to me how Jersey Mikes provide an app for their customer to make purchases from their locally owned and operated stores. And then blame the local operator when Jersey Mike's contracted delivery driver cancels the order, keeps the food and then requires me to drive in and pick up the food or I lose my $75. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. So their appears to be a flaw in the Jersey Mikes app and their business process. for those of you driving door dash. Just cancel the order after you pick up the food. You eat for free. Jersey Mikes will just stick it to the original customer who you stole the food from. So you are in the clear. Pretty decent scam IMHO. It shocks me that Jersey Mikes is willing to alienate their customers this way by making their problem our problem.
It seems like there isn't an option to add those toppings in the app. A lot of times, when I order and add toppings in the "notes" section in the app, they are not seen/ignored/not honored, so just wondering. thanks
And it’s their steadfast refusal to not give me hella onions when I ask for hella onions. Other than that they make a great sub every time. This is a #13 with jalapeños and pickles and without hella onions.
Edit: I’m only kinda complaining. I always have onion at home and sometimes I’ll slice my own to get it to the appropriate level. I’m just glad this is the only issue I have with my JM.
Haven't Dug into it yet, but my City Has Jersey Mike's now!. I got a regular Italian, and a Giant Mushroom one!. I'll comment below after I've tried it.
JM is supposed to open at 10:00 a. Four cars with people in them ( plus me) waiting. I arrived at 10:08
The doors were locked and I could see one employee in side.I watched 11 cars leave and I left at 10:35 so that made 12 customers. It appeared no one came to work this morning. This location has some issues. Soon to be joining Chipotle, Wendy’s and don’t forget Arby’s.
The ONLY reason I waited was my grand daughter wanted a sub.
My local's got jokes. To be fair, my husband did say extra pickles - enough pickles to turn her green. This is what was in my order...

My bday was on May 7th. I order from JM ALL the time. Am signed up on the app and have received my points every other year. Well, I did not receive them this year and had sent an email to them and yet to hear anything back. I did notice on the app I was not subscribed to the email or something to that effect. But I have received points every other year. My email I sent addressed this. anyone else not receive there points or hear back after an email had been sent?
