What to cook with these?
I was looking for fresh lo mein noodles at the market. I didn’t see them specifically packaged as lo mein. These look similar.
Does anyone have anything specific to make with these? Are they better stir fried or as a soup noodle. Im fairly familiar with Chinese recipes but very new to making any noodle dish at home. Any help is appreciated.
