I have never in my eons of eating spaghettios ever opened up a container like THIS.

As you can see, sadly the picture got taken slightly blurry, it’s like the oils and solids separated inside of the can, and it says it’s still good until May 12 so I’m not sure if I got a punctured can or what’s happening. It feels like slightly gritty and squishy.

My only guess is spoiled or separated but why would it just now decide to separate when it hasn’t my entire life? It’s always been liquidy tomato cheese sauce not the inside of a stress ball. Am I gonna keel over?

SPAGHETTI-OUPDATE

This is what it looks like after heating it up. Normal!! However I can’t get the first picture out of my head (look at my profile and look at my post before this for whoever didn’t see it) and idk if I should take the plunge cause someone said botulism and I ain’t fuckin with botulism over a can of spaghettios 😭

Edit: decided to make a bowl of ramen instead and I’m gonna hope I can get an exchange on the spaghettios with the pictures I took

Clueless

I know nothing about honeydew and my husband came home with one because my son wanted it. Is this okay to eat? Just double checking, my worst fear is give small children food poisoning 😅

Found in chicken broth

I made an entire beef stew and after pouring in the store bought unopened chicken broth realized there were these tiny blue pieces were inside the container, is it still safe to eat? It does not smell abnormal from what I can tell and is nowhere near expiration date

Beef not sealed fully?

Hello, I bought this ground beef about a week ago. I frequently buy this ground beef so I know what it usually feels like when it's fully sealed and this one in particular felt like there was a lot of open space in it. I put it in the freezer when I got home anyway and when I took it out of the freezer there was a lot of frost/ice in it as if it wasn't sealed fully. I put it in the fridge to thaw out and today it looks like this (some brown spots on top/around the edges). I think I know the answer based on previous posts, but should I throw it out?

Left in car overnight

Had a few too many martinis at dinner and forgot this in my car for about 9 hours. Temp was 45 to 55 Fahrenheit. Is it still safe to eat? All vegan, pasta and broccolini.

Would you risk it?

Damaged merchandise at my work. I'm not normally afraid of a little dent, but this is around the seal. It does still seem to be pressurized and I can't see or hear anything when I squeeze the can. It's going in the garbage otherwise.

Canned oyster one is green

My friend opened her canned oysters and one is green, the green one lines up with where a 2 is stamped on the can….. does this mean it’s compromised?

Are my homemade pickled onions mouldy?

Or is this some other kind of residue? I made these a week ago. The white spots weren’t there a few days ago but it looks kind of different to mould.

Never tried aged French charcuterie sausage

I got this aged sausage from a charcuterie shop when I was in France - March 14th.

I just remembered this exists, and had left it in its paper bag in the kitchen (did not store inside anywhere).

Is this still safe to eat? There's lots of "white mold" with some black spots - not sure if this is okay?

I cut open a chunk on the right hand side, and it looks really good still on the inside.
