Never tried aged French charcuterie sausage

I got this aged sausage from a charcuterie shop when I was in France - March 14th.

I just remembered this exists, and had left it in its paper bag in the kitchen (did not store inside anywhere).

Is this still safe to eat? There's lots of "white mold" with some black spots - not sure if this is okay?

I cut open a chunk on the right hand side, and it looks really good still on the inside.
