This small nest showed up the other day. As it’s in an area that I have to get very close to every day I’m trying to identify if it’s something I can co-exist with like a dauber or something less friendly that could become problem as it grows.

I haven’t seen any activity but it’s been 30/40 outside since I spotted it.

Stuck to my exterior brick wall. I'm assuming some sort of cocoon but I've never seen anything like it. It's been stuck there for months so I don't think it's just debris.

Hello all. Hi king today in Southern Colorado, Wet mountain range near Cañon City. Found a large white fir that had been felled and was laying near the trail. The underside had these hanging exoskeletons all along the underside, likely topping out at a 8 to 20 dozen individuals. I didn’t see another example of this anywhere else in the trail. Elevation roughly 7000. Thanks.

I saw a bunch of these little bugs on the balcony of ye hotel we’re staying at in San Diego county, but I can’t find any information or pictures that match it! Does anybody here know what his little bug is?

Found in Central Ohio. they're everywhere this year. some kind of moth?
