I’m posting my video on this platform due to the fact that extended stays has deleted my feedback because of Felicia the general manager she doesn’t want it around on social media! To this day May 7, 2026, extended stays, upper management nor CORPORATE EXECUTIVES HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME SINCE THE INCIDENT! I’VE CALLED. I’VE SENT LETTERS. I’VE SENT EMAILS. I’VE DONE EVERYTHING. ALL THEY DO IS IGNORE ME! They treat good paying customers as if we’re ignorant, WELL, THEY GOT THIS LADY ALL WRONG.…THIS GOES AGAINST CAL-OSHA, THE BBB AND ALL THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AND THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES POLICIES ON HOTEL BEHAVIOR AND I’M WORKING ON SOME OTHER LEGALITIES AS MY CASE MOVES FORWARD! THEY ARE GOING TO BE HIT HARD WHEN THEY GET SERVED AND THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I’VE GOT VIDEO THEY’RE BUSTED!!
This is how these lower level hotels operate; they rip you off as they find a way to keep your deposit, they EXTREMELY OVERCHARGE for your pets, they never have enough kitchen items and if they do, it’s all worn out. They need to replace all that old 1970s crap they serve to you!! They’re carpet and their floors are filthy. They never wash them. They only vacuum them I could go on and on… pretty gross 🤢🤮Don’t ever stay at extended stays on Torrance Boulevard in Torrance California or surrounding ESA such as Del Amo/ Carson, or Harbor Gateway. They’re all the same. Trust me anything goes wrong with your room you’re stuck! I didn’t even have a functioning refrigerator @ the ESA Harbor Gateway. I lost $45 worth of food and they would not reimburse me and then told me I couldn’t come back. Are you serious 🤬
Anyways, back to Felicia. When I asked her to refund my money for the three days, or COMP me for three days this is her response. Her biggest excuse is and I quote; “my hands are tied there’s nothing I can do about it” which is a F*****G lie! I called corporate, they told me she should’ve moved my room the day it
Soiled on day 1 and then the representative told me that Felicia was the one to reissue reimbursements or COMPS so Felicia’s a liar!🤥! NOTHING BUT LIES how DARE ESA treat a good paying Customer like me I won’t stay at any of ESA here in the South Bay they’re all horrible.
