Sike! that’ll never happen because the movie based on Goodfellas about Tommy would just be a slasher film the whole time! instead of Texas chainsaw massacre, nah it’d be the New York chainsaw massacre ha ha! instead of being leather face, they’d call Tommy Babyface like he’s Babyface Nelson, haha a killer like Tommy! Tommy DeSimone, learning the real story of Tommy, you know he was much worse than compared to Joe Pesci; he’s Literally the Michael Myers of the mafia! We literally be watching an American psycho! I imagine we hear Tommy narrative drop the whole movie you know because just like Henry, Tom’s desire was always be a part of the mafia, to be a wise guy except he has history, family history of the mafia. his big brother Anthony Desimone being an informant, you know his father or uncle or grandfather or whatever was bosses in the mafia you know and so when he joins, he has a big chip on his shoulder because what his big brother did and so he proves his loyalty in the mafia by acting like a complete psychopath. yeah I imagine it’d be like like watching a horror movie. I can imagine the freeze frames and the narrating oh Lordy so scary. But Honestly, Tommy was a loose cannon bro had to go! and I’m glad Goodfellas was not based on him. I’m glad he was not the main character, and honestly if they did do it, I’d imagine Ray Liotta playing Tommy since he’s tall and handsome like the real Tommy! like I’ve been doing a lot of research on the real Goodfellas you know Henry, Jimmy, and Tommy and like I cannot just get enough! Lord I wanted more so that I read all the books recently and I’ve been doing that a lot too, so but yeah, I’m glad they did not make Goodfellas based on Tommy cause that would literally be a horror movie!

Excuse me, Your Honour. Yes, I'd like to bring something to the court's attention

Mr Conway, give those glasses to the bailiff.

Tommy was a terrible candidate for being made into the family. While it’s not in the story, I wonder if Jimmy held some suspicion or uncertainty as to whether or not Tommy would really be made?

The leaders of the family weren’t stupid. They knew that Tommy killed a made man, and have messed around with the wives of made guys. He was also a total hothead for who was violent for personal reasons, which is the opposite of what the family wants from members.

I wonder if these things crossed Jimmy’s mind. I often felt that they did and that we see a glimpse of that in the phone booth when we learn that Tommy is “gone”.
