Moisturize Me

Moisturize Me

I had to do a little Doctor Who crossover the second I got the Brahmin hide tanning rack.
I now have an unofficial Cassandra companion in my camp.

Hacienda CAMP Build

Hey everyone. Hope you are doing well I just wanted to let you know I’ve uploaded my latest CAMP build to YouTube and thought I’d share it here as well. So this build is a modern hacienda inspired home with a front courtyard with fountain, nice high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, and a second-floor master suite overlooking the space below. Tried to blend warm hacienda architecture with a clean modern style and I’m happy with how it turned out. Check out the full video and tutorial here ->> https://youtu.be/YlNN9Ece1C4?si=5Q43CwAPVPwyAz1Z
Would love to hear what you think! 🦊

I don’t usually post stuff like this, but today felt like the right time.

It’s been 2 years since my cousin passed away. He’s the whole reason I even got into Fallout 76 in the first place. Back then we were on almost every day - running events, messing around with CAMP builds, just hanging out in-game like it was our normal routine.

When he got sick, we still tried to play when we could. Those sessions mean a lot to me now.

So I built this CAMP for him.

I tried to make it feel like a place he would’ve liked. Simple, comfortable, and centered around what we spent the most time doing in the game. His Power Armor is displayed top and center of the living area, kind of like he’s still there, just stepped away for a bit.

I still log in and play, and in a way it feels like I’m keeping that routine going for both of us.

Rest in peace, man. I miss you.

If you check out the CAMP, let me know what you think—I’d like to keep adding to it over time.

What's Your Favorite CAMP Location That NEVER Gets Attacked By NPCs?

In front of Rust Kingdom there are 2 tanker trucks that kinda form an L. I've had a CAMP located on the inside of the L since Burning Springs launched and I've never been attacked. It's relatively flat and gets a lot of player traffic.

So what about you? What's your favorite CAMP location that NEVER gets attacked by NPCs?

If you wanna come check out my CAMP, I'm on Xbox - same username.

The Daily Grindhouse

Wasteland wanderer? Pull up a chair at The Daily Grindhouse, right down the road from The Wayward. Fresh pastries, hot coffee, creekside seating, and an outdoor patio perfect for kicking your boots up after a long trek through Appalachia. Bring the family, let the kids splash in the creek, and enjoy a little taste of the old world… minus the radiation poisoning.*

*Some radiation poisoning may apply.

How to remove items from water?

Is there a way to remove items accidentally placed in water? I lost two sets of stairs and a 76 rug in a body of water and can't get them out. The stairs snapped into place and I didn't realize. They're fully submerged, I can see them in build mode but the cursor does not allow me to select the items due to them being submerged. Any tricks to this so I can reclaim that camp budget?

I noticed all the easily findable instructions on how to do this were outdated and required atom shop items. Hope you enjoy this free method.

Do you link your settlements and build with themes? I want to hear your ideas!

I have 11 linked shelters and most have a theme of their own. I have a city, a theater, a vampire lair, a mad max type shelter, a meow wolf , a wedding etc

I’d love to hear what other people have done with theirs! I’m just starting my latest and I think I have an idea but looking for some outside inspiration.

Placing Fishtrap on land

I’ve been able to find places where water is under the land that you can kind of scum it above, is there any tips or ways to place these on land?

Kitchen counter idea with Asylum Tables

Not perfect but just a proof of concept, the part at the base is the Market sign from the Burrows sign set flipped backwards although I wonder if there's something I couldn't think of that would match better. Also I think the Rustic Sink would complete this nicely but I don't have it so pretend it's there.
