What's Your Favorite CAMP Location That NEVER Gets Attacked By NPCs?

In front of Rust Kingdom there are 2 tanker trucks that kinda form an L. I've had a CAMP located on the inside of the L since Burning Springs launched and I've never been attacked. It's relatively flat and gets a lot of player traffic.

So what about you? What's your favorite CAMP location that NEVER gets attacked by NPCs?

If you wanna come check out my CAMP, I'm on Xbox - same username.

My family moved into a first floor apartment in March 2024. Within the first month of moving in we had issues with the dishwasher breaking, packages being stolen from our stoop, and my car getting towed despite having the proper documentation on the car. The manager at least split the cost to get my car back from the repo company. We continued to have our packages stolen over the course of our stay here. We were told upon moving in that they were planning to build an Amazon package station near the office, but they have not as of this review. They have spent money to keep up the appearances from the outside like roofing, siding, and paint. These apartments look newer, but as other reviewers have stated, they are old and breaking down.

A lot of pedestrian traffic passes around us because of the other communities and the pedestrian trail, a lot of which have dogs. They don't always pick up after their dogs. The original office manager sent out an email to the community threatening us with charges to force us to register DNA of our pets so they could hold us accountable for pet waste that they find in the community, even though a lot of the dogs that pass through our community don't live here. They didn't follow through, thankfully. The threat was still made.

We've had our car broken into a handful of times since the homeless camp across Baron Cameron was shut down by the city leaving them to wander and ask for handouts in our community. We've also had at least two attempts from someone trying to break into our bedroom window at night.

We broke our 14 month lease three months early on April 5th because our quality of life diminished greatly beginning in November 2025. A tenant moved in above us in November, a young single mother with two young special needs children. We've had home decor fall off shelves and break, pictures fall from where they were hanging on the walls and break, and the running, yelling and screaming, slamming, and ruckus is all day and all night. The apartment above us has flooded twice into our apartment. Despite providing audio evidence and emergency maintenance witnessing the flooding, they still live there. You cannot watch a movie or TV show, study or read a book, or take a nap during the day. The noise goes on through the night. Non-emergency police said it's not a violation and to contact the office manager. The property has had multiple office managers during our short stay here. One manager was handling the disturbances and was going to start the eviction process in December, and when we reached back out in January that manager had already been replaced and the new manager had to start over. This manager gave the tenant a probationary period to fix the problem or move out, and the activity was less frequent during this time but we still had audio evidence of disturbances in the a.m. hours. Nothing more was done about it. They offered us or the upstairs family to move to another first floor apartment, but there was none available. Now that there is a first floor apartment across the hall from us available, the tenant is still upstairs from us. We negotiated breaking the lease early. The noise is so bad. I truly feel for any family that moves into our apartment after us.

Other things to note before moving in:  your guests and visitors have to use an app and pay to park. There's a community car wash station that locals that do NOT live in our community are aware of and often abuse, leaving trash behind and damaging the equipment. I've also seen random cars park there to do other questionable and elicit acts.

I don't completely blame the apartment manager, the umbrella company Gates Hudson only cares about $$ and will quickly replace the manager for doing what's right over doing what makes them money. There is no quality of life or customer service here. As we move out, despite multiple maintenance tickets, our stove doesn't work correctly, our ceiling has water damage from upstairs which also damaged our carpet, and our shower has issues with hot water between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the morning.

On April 1st, just days before they knew that we would be vacating on April 5th, we received an email from the office asking us when we’d be paying April’s rent. We ignored it, and received a second email from that associate on the 2nd. We responded with disdain for the harassment as we prepared to vacate, and it was escalated to a corporate retention specialist that said they’d call to take our concerns and address our issues. We never received the call or had that conversation. I responded to that representative again on the 5th with no response.

Today is May 5th and I’m still receiving emails a month later from Waterside at Reston/Gates Husdon’s PetScreening service asking me to complete my pet’s profile, and the office manager said they can’t help me unsubscribe so I have to contact the company myself for spam they signed me up for. Their maintenance man told us we didn’t have to clean/repair our carpets before vacating because they were required to change the carpets themselves.  He saw the damage and said not to worry about it.  After we vacated, the office manager took out over $600 from our deposit to have the carpet replaced.

I hope this helps anybody who's considering living here.

My family needs a well water spigot installed in our backyard. Looking for recommendations.

Thumbtack wasn't helpful, and I'm not a big fan of the app anyway.

Thanks in advance.
