Kitchen counter idea with Asylum Tables

Not perfect but just a proof of concept, the part at the base is the Market sign from the Burrows sign set flipped backwards although I wonder if there's something I couldn't think of that would match better. Also I think the Rustic Sink would complete this nicely but I don't have it so pretend it's there.

Are there any wooden pillar items?

Wondering if there's anything similar to the default metal "stair post" column except made of wood. I already tried searching the item database and the only similar thing I found was the winding path column which is a little too fancy to be useful.

I see a lot of talk about people getting annoyed by their allies, but are there any you actually like to come home to? Any who improve the atmosphere of your base?

I had Beckett at my camp for a while and actually kind of liked him but unfortunately he's a bit of a hypocrite and I can't stand having someone with no principles in my house. Since then I've tried Sofia Daguerre and the Settler Wanderer but I'm no better than anyone else on the matter and got pretty tired of hearing them after a while. I'm thinking of saving up gold bullion to get someone new, but I'm worried they'll wear just as thin in time and I'll end up with buyers' remorse.

I noticed all the easily findable instructions on how to do this were outdated and required atom shop items. Hope you enjoy this free method.

I've seen people say they set up a tent for their camp ally so I tried with the large tent thinking it was spacious enough but she won't walk in and out of it, just teleports, and won't interact with any of the items inside, seemingly treating it like a solid object. Has anyone actually gotten this to work or are they just coping with the glitching?

This was supposed to be a temporary camp but I got carried away. At least I know I've got room to make my next place bigger than this.
