I’m here again, asking for help for my rescues… 😞🐾

I need to fundraise for their food for the whole week. We need around $485 to cover their food and basic supplies. Right now, I’m caring for 52 rescued dogs and 21 rescued cats, and honestly, I don’t know how I’ll feed them again tomorrow.

Today, we were only able to buy 1 sack of dog food and 5 kilos of cat food, and that’s all they have. Yesterday, I only received $30, and now tomorrow is another struggle all over again…

I’m humbly asking for your help—any amount, any share, any comment means so much to us. Please help me keep them fed and safe. Please hear us out 😭🐶🐱

Please be kind with your comments, I have received a message saying I should give them up to the city veterinarian but please do background check with how they treat animals first in Philippines, most of them are left to starve until their last breath😭

4/7/2026: dog was laying down and one i baby talked to him he stood up and greeted me in front of the kennel and once leashed he walked lose leash to the run and back inside with low wagging tail.

4/8/2026: Dog greets me at the front of the kennel ready to go outside. Leashing he follows me out the kennel holding a loose leash, low wagging tail and neutral face. Walked to and from the runs no issues

4/11/2026: Mr. Hunger greets you at the front of his kennel was easy to leash, walked don a loose leash, low wagging tail and neutral face to and form runs.

4/14/2026: Hunger is sitting at the front of the kennel door as I approach his kennel. Easy to leash and he walks out on a loose leash to the outside runs. He remains loose and relaxed while outside. Walks back loosely. He sits by the kennel door each time I walk past his kennel. He offered me paw and I offer him a treat. Quiet and relaxed in kennel.

4/18/2026: Mr. Grover is sitting at the front of the kennel door as I approach his kennel. Was easy to leash and he walks out on a loose leash to the outside runs. He remains loose and relaxed while outside. Walks back loosely. Quiet and relaxed in kennel.

4/20/2026: Grover sits at the front of the kennel door while wagging his tail. Easy to leash and he walks very well on a loose leash to the outside runs. He remains relaxed while outside and sits at the door awaiting on me to come back. Walks back loosely and he remains quiet and relaxed in kennel.

💜 Volunteer Notes:

This gorgeous gal is Oreo. She may be a senior girlie, but you’d never know it. She has such a youthful energy to her. She came in as a euthanasia request earlier this month & been waiting for someone to notice her. When I met her she was waiting patiently in her kennel. I asked her to sit and wait, she listened right away. She’s clearly well mannered and already knows a few tricks! Oreo was easy to leash and walked beautifully. Outside we spent some time relaxing in the grass and when I leaned down to pet her, she covered me in kisses. She’s incredibly affectionate and absolutely adores being loved on. She met two other pups outside. One was a bit higher energy, and although her tail was wagging, she made some little noises to let him know she wasn’t totally comfortable. But she really liked another calm female pup. They sniffed politely and Oreo’s tail wagged the whole time. With slow introductions, she should do well with the right dog! Oreo is such a sweet, well behaved girl and I know her family is out there. Hopefully she can be saved

neutral body, low slow swaying tail, soft mouth. when opening kennel door she backed away and flinched when I leashed her. once leashed she walked on a loose leash heading in and out of eval.

BEHAVIOR NOTE

Was sitting in the middle of the kennel with a loose body, open mouth, and paws going up and down. Got up when I went to leash her and she walked on a neutral leash. Was sniffing around while walking her and was looking around ever so often.

She greeted me with a loose body and some tail wags. She let me leash her and she walked on a loose leash with me around the courtyard. During the day she has been quiet in her kennel.

📝 Shelter Notes:

Approaching kennel dog is laying at the back with worried expression, I leashed him and he walked out slowly. he walked on a loose leash to and from the outside runs but began thrashing when I went to put him back in the kennel. Had to light muzzle and place in kennel.

Approaching kennel dog is laying at the back with worried expression. I entered the kennel and kneeled down next to dog and he immediately cames towards me, hiding his face in my arm. I pet him while baby talking and he seemed to calm down some. I radioed for another technician to assist me with obtaining the heartworm test. I lightly restrained the dog (without a muzzle) and the other technician drew blood. Placed back into kennel and removed leash without incident.

animal started thrashing and alligator rolling going in circle biting on leash doing intake...

🚑 Medical Notes:

Myself and another technician were able to easily obtain heartworm test with minimal restraint. Behavior seen yesterday was not observed today.
