Seems every year there’s something that makes Download enter the news for either bad or unfortunate reasons, not to be pessimistic or negative but just something that I thought about as ever since I’ve been going there’s been multiple that I remember

This is my first festival and honestly first time camping. I don’t want to eat from the stalls for every meal because I know how crap I’ll feel by the end of it. I’ve got a chronic illness and I want to look after myself as much as I can so that I can enjoy the whole festival. From what I’ve seen there is a coop in the festival grounds, so I assume I’ll be able to grab things like fresh fruit? Is it basically just a normal coop or is more like bbq food and meals deals? What food do you personally take in order to stay relatively healthy for some of your meals? I plan to take a couple disposable bbqs with me to cook a little at camp but looking for any ideas.

Sorry if this isn't allowed but, I just idk I wanted to tell my story. TW as it contains sensitive information

I have been going to download consecutively now since 2024. I also went in 2014,15 & 16 but then took a break because finances, COVID all that jazz.

I do RIP hotel with my wife and we booked 2026 pretty much on the travel home from last year's event.

I've always struggling with my mental health for many reasons. In Oct 2025 it took the worst turn and I nearly took my own life. Since then, through support of my friends, family and many therapy sessions. I've been on the up and now a month out, I didn't think I would see Download 2026, and I will.

Again, sorry for the rant but, yeah let's have a good fucking time at the sacred grounds

Nearly a month away, cannot fucking wait! - SO decided to figure out exactly what i'm hoping to see and mega lucky theres somehow no clashes between who i'm aiming for!

These are what i'm aiming for for '26, mostly absolutely buzzing to see LP, Pendulum & Die Spitz!

Gone through the other artists I didn't know on Spotify and discovered As Everything Unfolds,Marmozets, Pretty Wild, Thrown, Magnolia Park, HolyWatr & Vianova - absolutely sick stuff!

Limp Bizkit will be awesome, Architects will be awesome, Bad Omens will be awesome

Who's buzzing? Who you seeing??

(AI helped make the posters, wanted something clear for me to check while i'm in the arena)

Just received the travel info email from Download, looks like general campers are to go to North car park.

Due to the sell out this year I really hope people stick to this.

Who should I check out on Saturday? I’ve got a massive gap between Drowning Pool and Trivium. I lean towards to heavier side of metal and hardcore, not so much into “rock”. Who should I be seeing, don’t say Babymetal. Thanks!

With just over a month before Download and with FFDP having announced their 2027 tour, who else do we think will be in Europe next year?

Rammstein
Slipknot
Red Hot Chilli Peppers

Just some bands I think will be about next year.

The email went out from ticketmaster a while ago but I haven't received mine yet. I remember they came pretty late last year but that still doesn't stop my car park pass anxiety haha
