Asked my Eye Dr About BPC

So I asked my eye dr about BPC when I was there for an unrelated issue, because frankly that scares me. He had not heard of BPC but when I explained that it does cause neovascularization in a small percentage of users eyes, he didn't seem nearly as concerned as I would expect. I asked is that not a big deal? He basically alluded to the fact that it was probably something that would be in users who would have higher risk for that in the first place, and jumped straight to people with a family history of diabetes.

I'm not saying this means anything, especially with him not being familiar with BPC, but I'd love to get more eye drs and specialists to weigh in on that, if they think its something that only specific groups are at risk for vs everyone.

Its one of my biggest fears about BPC because my vision isn't great to begin with, but this stuff really makes a huge difference to my chronic pain and i'm only taking 250 mcg orally. Right now I've stopped and this is the main reason, but I'd really like to do another month or so cycle for my gi issues and while I work on PT/exercise for my chronic pain.

Eye stuff... uh oh.

Im 1 month into my Weolverine stack 500 / 500 tb500-bpc157. Im 1-2 days to being finished.

I always had one eye that had slightly worse vision then the other, but recently i feel like its gotten worse..

I need to go to an eye doctor to get it tested. To see if it really got worse, but i swear things up close now are really blurry now... never was this bad..

Thankfully im on my last day of this stuff.

Other sides i felt:

Little fatigue right after the injection.

Dopamine.. i am in a dopamine fast of sorts on my own, but this feels almost.. extra.. 0 morning wood right now.. however i can attribute this mostly to my withdrawl and lowish T levels, not bpc157.. but who knows.

I will post back with updates after the exam and once ive been off it, little worried about this eye thing thou..

Energy tanking a few weeks in on BPC-157

Anyone else notice their energy tanking after a few weeks on BPC-157?

This is the second time I go on it and start noticing feeling unrefreshed despite sleeping very well. This doesn't happen right away, it seems to develop after prolonged use.

The first time, I was taking 500mcg twice a day and my energy was starting to tank somewhere into my second month or so. I can't remember accurately because when I felt it, at first I thought it was from life in general. I was extra busy, it was in December, the festive season, etc. But I went off it when I had some out of character insomnia (which may be or may not be related)

And so I went back on it 3 weeks ago at 375mcg twice a day, and just in the last few days started noticing it again.

I've read a lot of people get this lethargy in the first few days, but for me I'm fine in the first couple of weeks at least. It seems to tank my energy much later on.

Purely anecdotal and I could be misattributing it but still worth the suspicion.

Anyone else relate?

I started BPC 157 6 days ago for runners knee and quad tendonitis in both knees, I also have mild tennis elbow. I’m injecting 500mcg every day alternating knees. I swear to god after 3 days my elbows weren’t bothering me anymore. Could it possibly helped that fast? Also my knees aren’t feeling as tight as they were, I had great range of motion but I can sit certain ways for longer now. I started back up with tendon loading and I’m a bit swollen again, no crazy pain. Hoping that won’t interfere with the healing?

Does anyone notice differences in their gut health with bpc157?

Backstory: Around 12 years ago I was given antibiotics for a nasal infection and afterwards i was left with a white tongue coating that never fully went away until now. My breath would smell really bad even after brushing my tongue (it kinda smelled like a very low level infection) and biofilm would constantly cover my tongue. No amount of mouthwash or brushing or drinking more water would work.

After injecting BPC 157 into my abdomen, it seems like my issues were cured. I was wondering if someone experienced the same thing. If so, what were they diagnosed with. Are the gut healing effects of BPC permanent?

P.S. I went to a doctor and they just told me to brush more.

I had surgery 2 weeks ago, can’t really move my right shoulder fully but I’m mega bored and want to heel faster and get back in the gym & normality.

I’m trying to read the best peptides and bpc157 & tb500 seem to be it

Thoroughbred labs have both in oral - are they any good or fake?

Also have vials of both, totally new to this but would you inject these daily into the stomach / ass cheek / or for me collarbone area (that seems thin and extreme to me)

£60 a day is a lot but how would you go about it? Alternate each type daily

It’s 10mg of each for £60

New to this - potentially dumb question

I suspect the answer will be no, but ya don’t know what you don’t know, so it’s best to ask. Please don’t flame me.

If you are going to use more than one peptide on your rat, can you draw up from two different vials into the same syringe to minimize numbers of sticks?

10 day cycle?

I broke my ankle 3 years ago and had surgery on it. I did a 2 week cycle 6 months after surgery and it helped, intramuscular and not sure of the dose tbh. The thing is i was on suboxone at the time so any anxiety, depression, stomach problems went unnoticed because i was already so constipated from the suboxone/blunted emotional state that nothing bothered me. Im almost a year off of suboxone, a year off my antidepressants (cymbalta) and im struggling with depression. Im wondering if doing bpc intramascular injections will effect my mood? It didnt last time but really with all the meds I was on i dont even remember much. Like at all. Just looking for anecdotal experiences, I suppose. I haven't started yet and im debating not because of all the horrible side effects ive read. On the other hand I work a very physical job 40 hrs a week and my ankle is killing me, even three years after the trimalleour fracture surgery. i wanna do another 10 day cycle with a small dose but im scared of the depression/ anhedonia, any advice? Thanks.

I was hoping to heal faster from recent ankle surgery. Started taking BPC - 157 daily with 500mcg daily dosage. I believe I took it either two or three times, somehow can’t remember exactly

However, starting the very second day, I started experiencing drowsiness, some dizziness and heavy fatigue. I took the dosage one or two more times but then discontinued completely. The next four days I was essentially too tired and unwell to move around much at all. It’s been seven days since the first dose, and I’m finally beginning to regain energy and drive in fact even went to the gym today. Whew! I never lost my appetite or mental acuity though. Just the symptoms I described above

Wondering if this is common at all? My online research didn’t seem to indicate this high level of lethargy and sickness.

At this point, I am super scared of trying this again. Again, this is just correlational, and I can’t prove that the peptide caused the sickness.

I’m not supposed to comment on where I bought it right? The supplier is based in the US and is fairly well-known and popular I believe.

Increased Fatigue?

Hey guys, so lemme 'splain.

I am taking BPC-157/TB-500 combo to fix my gut and increase vascular health. I have a very-difficult-to-manage autoimmune condition called Scleroderma. Nothing else has been successful with my treatment, so I tried peptide therapy due to its mechanistic plausibility in helping my root causes of the condition.

I've been taking it for over 2 months and YES, my inflammation ia WAYYY down. I'm breathing better. I can workout my muscles and not feel completely destroyed the next day (I lost 100 pounds and experienced significant muscle wasting).

Anyway, the worst thing about it is the anedonia or fatigue that I'm experiencing. Finishing my job is difficult to where I feel like I can't make the hour drive back home. When I get home, I wanna fall asleep at 7 or 8 instead of the usual 9:30p. I have kids so it's important for me to have energy. I have a wife who is on my ass and so i need to feel like i can keep up.

Is this normal and will stopping the peptide regimen give me my energy back?

I just finished my 8 week cycle on bpc 500mcg 2xs daily for gastritis and gut healing. While it did help tremendously I feel like I could be getting more healing if I continue for longer, Along with better sleep etc.

I’ve seen alot of people mention you should only do 6-8 weeks and then break for 6-8 before starting another cycle but has anyone used for longer and did you find that it helped with your healing / recovery ?

Any side effects you noticed from longer use?

BPC157 - After 3 days feeling warm around knees

Hey guys

Experiencing something interesting on BPC-157 – getting a strong warming sensation in my thighs and around my knees, almost like a deep heat cream applied but ‘from the inside’. I am using pretty low dose and it is early, so I was just curious if anyone had experience similar side effects.

Just to clarify, I’m not injecting anywhere near that area, and I have no injuries or issues in those specific spots.

Been on BPC157 and TB500 for almost 2 weeks to try and treat chronic shoulder injury.

Last night I had some pain near my right lower abdomen. This morning it got worse. I went to the hospital and CT scan showed I had appendicitis. I'm on IV antibiotics now for 3 days. If that doesn't work then surgery is next. I should also specify that it is uncomplicated appendicitis.

Is there any mechanism or way that my peptides could have caused this?

It could be completely unrelated, but I am a 30 year old man with no history of pain there. Life has been tough this year and now there is this.

Advice and Direction needed.

I've lost nearly 150 lbs over the past 2 years. I started with tirz to lose the first probably 80 and then once I had a new routine and some weight off I've been able to keep going through diet and exercise.

I'm at a point where now my knees and right shoulder are always in pain. They click etc.

I don't have health insurance nor can I afford a ton of out of pocket medical expenses.

Since I had luck with tirz Ive been considering bpc and TB for a cycle or two and see if it helps improve my pains so I can continue my journey.

I'm currently 6'4" and around 290lbs

What would be the dosing and cycle for kind of broad repair like this?

Is this the right stack? Is there anything I should add?

TIA

First time dosing

Thank you in advance for being kind in response, I’m new and nervous.

Purchased 10 mg vial. Seller suggests reconstituting with 1ML BAC water and injecting my rat with 10 units 5 days/week for rat’s chronic injury, back pain and arthritis. If my understanding is correct that’s 1MG per dose. It seems a lot for my rat to start on and I was planning to cut it in half to 5 units/500mcg. Now, as a first timer my questions are
1.is my math even correct?
2. If I do cut it in half that suggests to me that each vial will provide 20 days of doses. I was under the impression the vials had to be used within 2 weeks of reconstitution. So if I cut the dose in half this way will I have to discard half of it after 2 weeks? I’m obviously unwilling to waste this pricey stuff. Am I making wrong assumptions? TIA

BpC 157 and TB 500 helped temporarily!

I injected subcontinuously inside the elbow.

I have tennis elbow in both arms. So I was injecting one arm per day.

I injected 5 days a week for 28 days.

The dos was 500 MCG per dayfor both BPC 157 and TB 500

Total I injected 10mg of BPC 157 and 5mg of TV500

Did I inject correctly? People who recovered 100% by usingh peptidesplease explain how were uinjecting and which peptides did you inject?

I know there’s a few of these posts out there but I’m hoping to get some more recent anecdotes as there’s such little research on this drug, relatively speaking. Anyone who takes stims for adhd, what was your experience on BPC like? Did it cause anhedonia or med blunting? If so, did it go back to normal after stopping? Did anyone notice the opposite (meds being more potent or tolerance to meds decreasing)?

Also, if you know of any research or studies on this I would appreciate a share!

New to this, seeking advice on the recommended dose would be for my situation.

I had an acute injury while lifting about 9 months ago. Diagnosed with chondromalacia petella and bursitis via MRI. Previous to this I had a chronic injury that I was recovering fromin the same knee; petalla tendinitis (may still be an issue). I have gotten to the point where I can run 3 miles without pain but anymore is pushing it. I really want to be able to run 15-20 miles a week again but my knee swells up if I push it. It also feels like I have something grinding in my knee that is audible when I move it.

Is BPC-157 still worth it considering the injury happened so long ago?

What would be the dosage?

How long would I need to take it for?

I’m also on Wegovy, does that have any bad interactions with GLP one?

So i made a post a few days ago about having appendicitis. Been in hospital for a few days now and on IV antibiotics. Through the ultrasound and CT scans they found that I had fecal masses in my intestines, which in return caused the appendicitis.

I researched that BPC157 can cause constipation. Fecal masses and constipation can cause appendicitis. So indirectly I believe the BPC157 did cause appendicitis.

Unfortunate because i felt like it was working for my shoulder.

Anyways my life sucks right now. On top of my existing shoulder pains, have to deal with eating porridge everyday and taking a ton of laxatives as well as IV antibiotics daily. Thanks for listening y'all.

What were your results?

How was it when you started and stopped bpc157?

What was your pain and/or mobility like before/after on a scale of 1-10?
