Can someone please explain to me how my ring didn’t pick up my 40min Peloton cycle as an activity when my heart rate was raised but it picked up me blowing drying my hair 30 mins after cycling? Makes me wonder how realistic the calorie burn is. Super annoying.

I started BPC 157 6 days ago for runners knee and quad tendonitis in both knees, I also have mild tennis elbow. I’m injecting 500mcg every day alternating knees. I swear to god after 3 days my elbows weren’t bothering me anymore. Could it possibly helped that fast? Also my knees aren’t feeling as tight as they were, I had great range of motion but I can sit certain ways for longer now. I started back up with tendon loading and I’m a bit swollen again, no crazy pain. Hoping that won’t interfere with the healing?
