Have you ever noticed that the word “ovaries” contains “aries”? ♈︎

"Have you ever noticed that the word “ovaries” contains “aries”? It’s a curious detail, especially when you consider that the Aries symbol resembles the female reproductive system. As the first sign of the zodiac, Aries signifies the beginning, it’s the spark from which life unfolds, a correspondence beautifully expressed in both glyph and anatomy." @Symbolic.Studies

Moon sign nurturing

This may be a wild take, but I think your moon sign represents the type of nurturing that you have to learn to do for yourself, because your parents didn’t do it. Aries moons have to stand up for themselves (from what I’ve seen we have pushover/abused moms), Leo moons have to be proud of themselves, cancer moons have to nurture themselves (from what I’ve seen, cancer moons have narcissistic moms,) etc. It’s also what you crave and need from others, because it’s something that is hard for you to do yourself due to lack of a role model. What do you think?

capri venus retrograde

hi guys!!

so i’m not exactly new to astrology but i’ve never studied it on a professional level, only through social media & my cool smart friends.

i’m curious about this placement in my birth chart. it seems kinda fucked up to me but i might also miss some points since my knowledge is mostly surface level.

i’m 20 and i’ve never dated. romantic part of life was something nonexistent to me, like i genuinely never cared about it. like, i knew it existed, i knew it’s fun and i knew it’s supposed to happen to me at some point, but i never wanted or needed it to an extent of actually thinking about it or working on it.

an then when i was like 19 i realized everyone around me started dating. for some reason i was actually bewildered that people cared, i was like “oh?? it was really a thing?”

then i learned about my venus and was like… oh…

i also found out that donna tartt’s venus is also capricorn and she once said something like “i’ll never get married” and, apparently, she never did lol.

i’ve fallen in love (or something i think was love) like 3 times in my entire life and i’ve never done anything to make it work because 1. it was someone significantly older 2. it was someone who had zero interest in me 3. it was a person in a position of power (quite fits the stereotype).

i’m really curious to hear some of your thoughts / opinions and experiences if you have similar placements!! am i fucked?

I'm still laughing about a thing my skeptic partner just told me...

I had to share it somewhere because I don't have many astrology friends and oh my god it cracked me up so much...

He doesn't know much at all about astrology and has been very, very turned off by it to the point that for a while I didn't feel comfortable talking about with him, since he'd kind of just shoot it down.

Recently he's been like — okay, I'm not into this, but you are, and I love you, and I want to know about the things you're into, so ... give it to me. Tell me about astrology.

Of course tonight I start giving him a primer on rising signs. He's an Aquarius rising, Libra sun.

I won't get into all the Aquarius rising stuff because you guys know that already but he is VERY MUCH an Aquarius rising down to the fact that he wears mismatched socks to work every day just so he can feel liberated, among so many other things.

I tell him all about Aquarius rising and he responds to me with:

"That’s interesting. I mean, yeah—I feel those things. I don’t care if people think I’m weird; I’m just me. But simultaneously, I still want people to like me."

Aquarius rising. Libra sun. Come on. Come on. Is that not the most Aquarius rising/Libra sun text anyone has ever sent? 😂

Regards,

A tipsy Taurus

As someone with Saturn in the 7th house, I do have to say this is true

Saturn 7th house placements, Aquarius and Capricorn Saturns, Leo risings and Cancer risings, are there some of you ashamed to say that you can relate? I’ve dated some losers when I had low self esteem but now I’ve raised my standards but I feel like after all I’ve gone through I’m too tired to put in work in a relationship rn. I’m

just focusing on myself and trying to get over someone that I never dated who also had Saturn in his 7th house and was lazy with me. I honestly just wasn’t special to the person and it stings but it’s the truth. I realized that as someone with Saturn in the 7th house that when I really like someone I’ll make time for them so I guess I just wasn’t special. It’s weird bc I have a Pisces Venus but I rarely crush on people tbh like I’m a sidereal Aquarius Venus and it’s so hard for me to develop a crush on someone. Haven’t had one in like 4 years which is sad but good bc at least I’m not distracted by wanting someone who doesn’t want me.
