How I got whoop for the lowest price possible (India)
Hi, I came across this method through somebody on this reddit I would like to give them the credit for originally discovering this but I am not able to find that thread anymore. If I do I will update this thread again. The steps that I followed to get my whoop 5.0 peak for 21990 are as follows:
Editing this post since I forgot to mention the most important step —- do this in chrome incognito mode
- Start VPN and change your country to either UK or spain (this is important also make sure the currency is Indian rupee) I used super VPN unlimited for my order
- Open whoop(.)com through a referral link. I have mentioned mine here but if you want you can use whatever you like
- my link: https://join.whoop.com/BE
With this you will also get one month of subscription free.
When placing the order you will get a referred by friend discount of around 2k as well
While you are placing your order enter your address under 20 characters because for some reason this is the customs norm (idk why??)
Make sure to select this is a gift option because I tried again and again but without it with was charging me 10k shipping and duties and with that ticked it changed to zero.
Everything after that is a smooth ride.
But If you are the unlucky one like customs can stop for parcel because whoop for some reason mentions 67$ as the shipment value.
Since it is a DDP Shipment I just had to provide my bank remittance copy and they charged whoop for the remaining charges.
I have attached my invoice for you guys. You can also hit me up if you have any queries.
Got Whoop peak for 18k
I am replacing my Vivoactive 5 with a Whoop Peak. I purchased it in Melbourne, Australia, for approximately ₹20,000, as the store offered a bundle discount with other products. After claiming the GST refund, the final cost should be around ₹18,000.
I have transitioned through several wearables, moving from Whoop to Garmin, then to Oura, and finally returning to Whoop.
Going Whoop-only: what do you do for time during the day?
I've been on Whoop for a few months and the recovery/sleep side has genuinely changed how I train. The one thing I keep tripping on, though, is the time. I work out on my lunch break and during sets I keep instinctively looking at my wrist, getting nothing, then having to dig out my phone - at which point the whole "no distractions" promise kind of evaporates because now I'm in iMessage.
Before I commit to renewing, I want to figure out how the rest of you actually solve this.
A few specific things I'd love to hear:
- Do you wear a second watch (analog, Garmin, Apple Watch on the other wrist, pocket watch, whatever)? If so, doesn't that feel kind of defeating?
- Did the "no time on wrist" thing bother you at first and then go away, or is it still a small daily friction?
- Has anyone tried the watch-dial-on-the-strap hack people mention? Does it actually look okay?
- If Whoop sold an optional strap with literally just a tiny time readout (no notifications, no smartwatch stuff — just time + maybe battery), would you buy it? At what price?
Not trying to bash Whoop — the screen less thing is genuinely why I picked it over Apple Watch. I just want to figure out whether I'm the weird one for missing the time or whether there's a real subset of us doing weird workarounds.

Just do it. (Whoop - 40 days results)
It’s been 40 days since I have been regularly exercising and trust me when I say this your body shows results faster than you can imagine so just go for it don’t delay that. Even I was surprised. I have a history of no sport no exercise for life. I did go to gym 4-5 months distributed throughout my 23 years of being on earth.
I’m 23M and this has been my exercise routine :
• 4-5 Weightlifting focused days + 10min Cardio.
• 1-2 Intense cardio days — HR Zone 4-5. (For VO2 max)
• Recently started 10K steps per day(week ago).
I’m following a clean diet. No sugar. Minimal processed food. (I did cheat in-between ngl)
Results (40 days of activity) :
14% increase in avg HRV.
VO2 max increased from 48 to 49. (Will increase it further)
Before and after RHR in uploaded image.
How is it going for you guys? I hope this helps :)

Free deep-dive analysis of your Whoop data
Quick question - would anyone be interested in a free deep-dive analysis of their Whoop data?
I've been building a methodology for longitudinal wearable data analysis - looking at months of your Whoop export all at once instead of day by day. Sleep, strain, recovery, journal entries, all cross-referenced simultaneously.
The kinds of things it surfaces:
Which specific habits in your journal correlate most (and least) with your recovery, ranked by impact — Your day-of-week recovery pattern (most people have 1-2 days that are consistently worse and never notice).
our exact strain ceiling - the number where pushing harder starts producing worse outcomes.
what the 48 hours before your best and worst days have in common.
I did this on my own data and found that dark chocolate was costing me 20 recovery points the next day. 12 occurrences, same pattern every time. My app showed each bad day individually - it never connected the dots across 5 months.
Looking for 5 people who want their data analysed for free. All I need is your Whoop export (takes 30 seconds: App → More → App Settings → Data Export → Create Export) and I'll send you a 3-page Performance Blueprint within 48 hours.
In exchange, I just need honest feedback on whether the insights were useful. DM me if you're interested.
