Hey everyone, I'm taking my family to Disney World (FL) next week. We have been with visible since January and had no issues, but we also live in a small town in a low population state.
We are on the Visible+ plan. Should I expect any issues with our coverage next week? Never had an issue at Disney when we were on Verizon, but I hear mixed things about Visible and crowded places on here...

I just bought a new iphone paid in full through Best Buy. Then of course I found Visible. I read somewhere the phones are locked for 60 days through Verizon. Will I have to wait 60 days to port out? I’ve been with Verizon for over twenty years but the price is exorbitant as y’all well know. Does anyone else have experience with this or suggestions?
Took advantage of the slam dunk promo today. Ported out from US Mobile Warp (a great carrier btw) after getting all my ducks in a row total number transfer time was less than 10 minutes.

Can someone advise which spam setting is the most effective to stop all spam calls?
So when I first switched to visible from straight talk everything was PERFECT! but recently my phone has been switching to SOS only out of nowhere stayed like that for 3/4 hours today. Also my hotspot and phone has been loading terribly slow. Has anyone been dealing with this also? Or is it maybe a phone problem I need to look into. Or if you have what was the solution? This is super frustrating
I signed my parents up for the Visible $5 off a month for 5 years plan and they aren't receiving the credit and being charged $35. What do I do to help them get it?

I have the $20 basic plan. I see I can data roam for $5/day. Or update to the Plus plan for $10 more for the month. But can I drop back to the $20 plan the next month? Seems like it's the smart move for more than 2 days of travel.
I've been trying since last night and I've used three different browsers I've tried all sorts of different methods even using my phone browser and every time it will allow me to choose the annual plan it will allow me to add or choose the pixel 10 phone and then when I hit continue it takes me to a blank screen.
I am curious if I lose my phone what are my options for accessing my account I don't have the phone to verify? I haven't lost it but I want to know what to do if ever the case. Thanks!
Highly thinking about making the switch to Visible from US Mobile. I have 6 lines on Warp (Verizon) and haven’t had any issues. Seems like service is good throughout most of my area in the Twin Cities.
I’m happy with USM but the SLAMDUNK promo is hard to pass up. Anyone else make the switch recently and have regrets or advice?
Looking to switch over because I don't use my phone constantly with data these days.
- I just use it to watch youtube videos sometimes
- I use my phone google maps GPS when I drive for work
- I only use and pay for 1 line.
That's about it...
So I feel like I don't need to be paying $60 a month for that with T-Mobile. I see Visible has a $20 each month for unlimited 5G data, talk and text. So I have some questions:
- Is this legit?
- Can I keep my current phone and phone number? (I have an older Android Note Galaxy)
- Will the price stay forever being $20 per month?
Hey all, currently with Mint mobile hut nearing the end of my first year and saw a great one time purchase annual plan with visible. Im interested in trying it out, but regrettably bought a nothing phone 3 and unsure if it will work correctly on visible. Has anyone had any success with this phone on visible? The IMEI checker couldnt find my phone when i checked their website which felt odd.

I shit you not I'm getting literally 30/40+ spam calls a day with this stupid 10 second voicemail. Its an obvious attempt to get you to call back to make it look like they accidentally sent a voice mail. As you can see, they all sound the same and they are all from different fucking numbers.
Spam protection is on. Im literally not sure what to do but it's so bad to the point where my phone is damn near unusable. I've been with visible for 4 months. I love their service but I have no idea how to kill these damn spam calls. They're driving me insane!!!
Is anyone else dealing with this???

Wanted to use Visible to carry my second phone for my business. Was a smooth perfect process up until activation (most important part) order is unable to process. No specific reason why. I tried a different card, restarted my phone, updated my phone. Did everything I could. Obviously connected to wifi. Support is a generic Ai chat that doesn’t read or provide valuable insight to solutions. This is my last resort for now or I’ll need to switch. Please help
The network extender offers no bandwidth and apps timeout. Any way to block the network extender?
