“Unfortunately we’re unable to process your order”

Wanted to use Visible to carry my second phone for my business. Was a smooth perfect process up until activation (most important part) order is unable to process. No specific reason why. I tried a different card, restarted my phone, updated my phone. Did everything I could. Obviously connected to wifi. Support is a generic Ai chat that doesn’t read or provide valuable insight to solutions. This is my last resort for now or I’ll need to switch. Please help
