How does this even happen? My guess is that since these records were made to be put into an automatic record changer, the foam pads on the bottom fell off and it grinded against the hard metal plate. Not sure though. It was cleaned.

Thin paper, weak glue, I ever fail to get one off in a piece and if I do it doesn't stick anymore. I take time, and heat, and distribute the pulls, so this is not a me-problem.

I’ve been collecting records since I was a kid and used MOFI sleeves since and I’ve noticed this residue on any record using these sleeves. Only played a lot of them once. Is this something my US cleaner could fix?
