What product should I use for cleaning before applying Cutek?

1. Rise deck first?
2. Apply chemical cleaner and give stiff broom scrub/pressure wash ?
3. Dry 48 hrs and apply Cutek ?(one coat?)

Any other products as good as Cutek that aren’t as expensive?
