What is a company like Meta to do when it notices that 10% of it's income comes from advertising scams, illegal gambling & products?

Even though there are posts being posted constantly the recent search filter is limited to 3-5 hours ago, i wouldnt exactly consider that recent anyone else having this issue?(android)
I have a few moots/long time follows who I enjoy seeing their posts regardless of content, but I get a lot of smut suggested to me. I want to find a way to keep the moots I have without it affecting my algorithm. Any advice is appreciated, especially if you maybe work at meta?
Meta algorithmically banned my Instagram account a few weeks ago, so I made a new Instagram account. I used that new Instagram account to make a Threads account. Meta then algorithmically banned my new Instagram account from Threads. So, I used my banned instagram account to make a new Threads account.
I now have two accounts, each of which has been algorithmically banned from the opposite platform it is active on.
What kind of bonkers BS is this?
As the title suggests, the Threads app won't open when I click on it's icon, triggering the toast message on the pic. However, when I click open on Threads using my app store, it loads just fine. I just couldn't click clear cache on it through the recents menu because it disappears from recents when I swipe and hold. I tried to clear cache via the Settings app, then uninstalled/reinstalled. Both of them didn't work. It still pops that message up unless I open through the Play Store (or a third party app store).
I tried to search for this, but it's hard to describe and nothing came up.
Is there a way to, when I click on someone's list of followers, see who in that list I also follow?
It would be an easy way to vet folks quickly but I can't find any way to do it other than just scrolling the list and looking for people who don't have "Follow" as a button.
Threads seems to be including posts from people I don’t follow in my “following” feed. These aren’t replies to someone I follow…these are original posts from people I don’t even know. These are not sponsored posts, or promoted posts.
I’m assuming everyone is getting these… How long has this following feed pollution been going on?

I used Threads for the second time of my life today. First time nothing crazy, the usual shi*post like on X/Instagram. Second time today, and I wish I didn't. I don't understand why nobody is talking about this. I was scrolling then I saw fake accounts posting weird things with kids, in what could be considered "suggestive" clothes/positions to some people. Very often it is little Ukrainian girls or mexican boys. It went on ...one, two ...little by little while scrolling there was even more. I started by thinking what the hell is wrong with this shi**y app while reporting the accounts. A lot of the posts had "First thread" so i'm guessing bots. I also saw illegal content I wish I didn't. Seen a lot of weird things one the internet since a youger age, terrorists beheading people and whatever. Never shocked me. But this did. I am from France but decided to contact USA based child protections services and reported everything. Why in the hell is stuff like that on threads ? I saw maybe one or two weird post on instagram after all this years but generally there's not much. But Threads ... that's on another level. Weird "Pre-teen & teen" posts, links to telegram groups etc.. worst of all NSFW pictures with children. Is it massive bots deployed to bait pedos ? Is this some type of blackmail operation or ? Does anyone knows what the hell is going on in there ? and again why has nothing been done, because if I understand it has been going on for quite some time now ?
Basically this. I posted lyrics to a song, it’s def not like the best song lol but it was just random words and the song is so dope by tech n9ne but I’m so annoyed wtf. I appealed and said that it’s just lyrics but idk what will happen. I have a steady following on there and just post photos of my cats etc and my daily yaps
Can anyone shed some light on this? Has this happened to anyone else? Multiple profiles based in the US, Canada, India and the Phillipines are using my profile picture to spew a lot of hateful rhetoric. I've reported them for impersonation but I doubt anything will be done on Meta's end. How can I fix this?
I scrolled through this forum but didn’t see anyone post about this. Has anyone had this happen? And how do I fix it? Is that even possible? When I go Instagram there’s no option to fix it. I am so confused 🙄

My account was suspended, then they asked to verify it using OTP and a selfie so I did. After a couple hours, they disabled the account, which I used to post my digital products.

If anyone has been using Threads the past few days you probably encountered this somewhere. The discourse around it is crazy and it's really been a good example of how misinformation spreads.

This app has a serious problem with children posting/being posted by their parents. Why are their 11 year olds on this app trying to date and posting pictures of themselves? It’s fucking gross and the comments get flooded with creeps and pedophiles who spam their telegram and zangi accounts. Also Parents need to stop being stupid on this app and posting photos of their minor daughters when you look in the comments it’s full of creeps. It’s quite disgusting.
is this a problem with anyone else? sharing a thread to other sites makes it show as "unavailable", but my likes are there and keep climbing and idk all I did was post about my life...

I hope this is a temporary glitch, but it looks like my wife and I were banned for logging in through public Wi-Fi.

Post says it’s all; for over a year now, 99% of my feed on a daily basis is rage baiting and engagement farming. The app has become utterly horrendous. Is there any hope left for threads?
Hey, I'm Kem. I'm a small artist on Instagram and I wanted to start using Threads, but I couldn’t log in using my Instagram...I've tried clearing my cache, reinstalling it and it still tells me it's unavailable. Do I just wait or is there something I can do? Thanks!
