It seems like maybe he didn't handle things appropriately. He wasn't able to balance things in his life including this relationship. I feel like after thinking about this relationship for a while, he sees things a little bit more clearly than he did when he initiated the breakup.

I think the cards show that maybe he feels regret, maybe feeling like he was too harsh or avoidant or something like that. Yet, in spite of everything and and how much time has passed, he still feels like there's some kind of connection or it hasn't totally fizzled out for him.

I'm not entirely sure of the (shadow card)Seven of Pentacles here, maybe it displays regret or not going about things properly to get the correct outcome?

Ultimately my impression is that yes, he does feel like I was the one that got away, but who knows maybe I'm just delulu.

So I drew the first 3 when I asked about “how does my partner feel about me rn” because we’re in a very happy marriage but for the past year our intimate life has gone down a loooot. I understand they’re not as high libido as me but it feels like they don’t even think about it most of the time. I drew the second 3 cards when I asked about what I can do to improve and if there’s anything I can do at all about this. I think the first three really march her vibe rn which is “content and doesn’t wanna change anything” but I’m having a hard time with the last 3. I definitely don’t like the look of the devil + 7 of swords paired together lol! But it makes me think that I can’t do much right now expect wait?

I interpret this as him having a lot of love that he wasn't able to express well. Our relationship was incomplete. Perhaps that he's asking me to let go of him and not make the same mistakes.

so im going through a very rough breakup and in a desperate attempt i reached out to my exs friend a few days ago, after a while of talking she said if i ever feel bad that i can let her know so she can help,

i interpret this reading as kind of needing to grieve in my pain/breakup and heal on my own, im kind of confused on the 8 of wands but i see that as the situation where i reach out to his friend, i may look like a fool and weak.
