The only seat on the plane with LESS leg room
I have literally never seen this in my entire life. It's a pillar. There's no leg room and nowhere to put my bag. What even is this??? It's the only one on the plane
ETA: after I complained, the flight attendant told me if he moved me to a different seat he would have to charge me $100 upgrade for the "Even More (premium)" seats. he then saw me posting this and gave me some extra of the (free) snacks
The airline is JetBlue and this was a standard priced ticket
Do we make exceptions for hospital beds?
We've got 2-3" clearance between the top of the TV and the ceiling. The question is, do hospital rooms get a pass because the viewer is propped up in bed?
Family says this placement is perfect. I disagree…
Thoughts? Is it too high?
The Jets' new custom locker room has INSANE features and is the best in class.
92 custom motorized video screens, hidden storage for gear, and built-in drying fans for helmets, pads, and cleats.
Please post correct tv placement images
So, I can see subs for tvtoohigh or tvtoolow or tvtooclose. But I don't see any subs showing the right tv placements people are having, at their home. It can give new ideas to other people. As I'm trying to renovate my home, if you post any images with tv in the right height, it will be helpful.
PS: I saw the illustrations like this - https://www.sanus.com/img/heightfinder/hf-illustration.svg. But I want to see in a real home setting.
my cat is a huge eastenders fan
does your pet watch eastenders with you?
TOO HIGH?
My buddy says my TV is sitting too high. I say it's fine.
Asked for advice, thought I’d gone lower, still too high.
(it’s not finished, wil be patched up and hidden sockets added soon)
It’s actually fine to watch. Well, despite being side on, but it had to be this way due to the funky layout.
side note, LG G5 is brilliant. Do wish I could have held out for a G6 but the kids couldn’t go much longer without tv/xbox.
55" > 77" Will a ceiling mount be too much?
Split level ranch built in 1996. Open concept living room/kitchen/dining. I mounted my 55" TV like this 2 years ago and love it. Way too high, so perfect fit. It weighs about ~40 lbs. My open concept area has a diagonally vaulted ceiling with maybe a 2-4ft crawl space between the attic space and the roof. I wasn't concerned with the 55" but I really want to keep this ceiling mounted when I received my 77" Friday. The 77" is s90f so about 80 lbs. I'm willing to buy a more heavy duty/higher rated ceiling mount bracket but can these type of truss/joist/rafters support that type of weight without my running into issues years down the road or sooner?
this is in my boyfriend’s bedroom
mind you, this is mounted yet he wanted to keep the legs because he thinks they look ‘cute’ lmao
If you have to buy scaffolding to install your tv, it's too high
Mount-it MI-386 mounting plate holes distances
It's designed for 16"-apart vertical studs, but the studs over my fireplace are horizontal. They are about 11 3/4" apart (center to center) and I assume they are 2x4s sitting wide-side out as the stud finder shows about 3 5/8" height. So I assume the holes are 16" apart horizontally ("W" for width on my image), but does anyone know how far apart the holes are vertically ("H" for height) ? The overall plate is 18.1" by 11.7" so I'm guessing it's 9.6" if the mounting holes are the same distance h/w from the corners (hard to tell from the images) which MIGHT be enough for me, but if anyone has access to the plate to give me an exact measurement, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.
